Had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Bel-Air. The property is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and feels very private and relaxing. The rooms, food, and overall atmosphere were top notch. We did have a small hiccup during the stay, but what really stood out was how quickly and professionally the staff handled it. Everyone was genuinely caring and went above and beyond to make things right and ensure we had a great experience. That level of service is hard to find and really shows why this hotel has such an incredible reputation. Looking forward to coming back.

This was at least my 10th time staying here over the years & 1st since Pre-COVID times! This was a solo trip for this particular time. As always, the location is so peaceful & absolutely stunning. They did upgrade my room, which I appreciated & the location of the room offered me complete peace & quiet, which is exactly what I was looking for on this trip. There is nothing like Swan Lake & the serenity that comes with staying at such an extraordinary property. I did have the pleasure of eating at the restaurant for 2 breakfasts (the service at the restaurant specifically was the only thing here that fell short throughout my stay). I did eat at the Bar & Lounge as well & the service there was excellent! I went to the spa this trip also & had the 90-minute aromatherapy treatment. It was spectacular as all my previous spa treatments have been on previous stays. I also felt the service from the spa attendants stood out. They showed me great compassion & attention to detail during my time at the spa. Will be back next month & for any future trips that come my way!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for my birthday and were truly impressed. This experience although pricey, was worth every penny. From the moment we arrived we truly felt special. Valet was kind and professional, the front desk was truly kind and provided a complimentary upgrade from my birthday. Upon entering the room a bottle of champagne, small birthday cake, and fresh fruit were placed in our room acknowledging my birthday, which was such a nice touch. The room was immaculate!!!! Very well kept, with linens crisped, white, and stainless. There was a fountain outside of our room, which was wonderful because whenever we went to use the restroom, you could hear the fountain while you’re in the bathroom, which gave it a tranquil feel. This was room 472 if you want that room. The bathroom was well kept and cleaned. The small private courtyard was quaint and peaceful. The bed was extremely comfortable. We attended their High Tea and it was just lovely. It was peaceful, the tea and sandwiches were great. Also the desserts were delicious and extra was given to us again because of my birthday. Their live jazz in the evening was great and musicians were so kind. Breakfast was brought to our room the next morning and was delicious. We ask for a special request of beet juice and was accommodated. The spa was amazing. Everything was beautiful and perfect and the massage put my husband to sleep. Again, they provided a small gift in celebration of my birthday. The pool area was gorgeous and peaceful because we got there before the kids arrived and a lot of fun with great drinks. I cannot thank this hotel enough for making my birthday a wonderful one. The small details in every thing we did in celebrating my birthday meant so much. We highly recommend this location and will be back again. To note: pets are allowed, however you can request to be moved away from them like we did during high tea.

My recent visit to Hotel Bel-Air was nothing short of exceptional I had the pleasure of hosting an important business meeting related to the world of aesthetics, and education, and the setting could not have been more perfect!!! From the moment I checked in the staff embodied warmth and professionalism making me feel instantly at home. The spa experience was serene and relaxing. Even simply sitting by the pool felt great surrounded by gardens and an atmosphere that balances sophistication w ease. Every detail from service to sitting at the pool was a 10. Hotel Bel-Air transforms a stay or even a meeting into an unforgettable experience. 10/10 🤍

Wonderful luxury hotel in Bel-Air with excellent valet service, a great alfresco breakfast experience, and beautiful pool area and gardens. Despite having a patio, the room felt a bit dark and carried a slight fireplace smell, yet it still had the typical charm of a classic Hollywood bungalow. Overall, superb service and truly the best choice in LA for those seeking a luxurious and more private getaway
