Very classy Ambiance The chateau Matmont. We ran into Chris Rock and keanu Reeves all in the same night. Service is so great and the food was great too. I would totally recommend for a great dates night. You are likely to run into some celebrities here.
If you are looking for a modern upgrade you are going to be greatly disappointed... This place feel a little haunted yet full of classic charm. Back in the day this was my after party party hang out. Everynow and then I come and stay for the night... Reminiscing good old day when we used to be so young and full of life. The drinks here is very strong. Service is good. The old smell though made me wants to start smoking again. Unforgettable Chateau marmont vibe.
This is my third stay at Chateau Marmont & each visit surpasses the prior . However this was my first Christmas experience to enjoy the exceptional Beauty ! My visits are typically unplanned & spontaneous. I love the history & the location is pure L.A in all its glory . I rotate between the Marmont & The Beverly as I adore both equally. Location of both make them equally walkable to all things Hollywood . Mulhalland is beautiful , artsy & has such an intriguing legacy. So much to see , so much to do ! Yet the beauty of both properties & room/Cabana's make a day of lounging poolside equally enjoyable & completely beautiful ! .
Chateau Marmont is all about atmosphere and service, and on both counts my recent stay delivered in a big way. From the moment I arrived, every interaction felt warm, professional, and quietly attentive, starting with the gentlemen at the driveway and valet through to check in, the hotel staff, and the restaurant team. They provided some of the best service I have experienced in a long time, striking the right balance between relaxed and highly competent. The rooms themselves are nothing to write home about, and the carpet has clearly seen better days. You get the sense that the property is due for some thoughtful investment and refresh, and I genuinely hope they direct some capital into the accommodations soon. That said, Chateau Marmont is a place you come to for the vibe as much as, if not more than, the physical rooms: the history, the privacy, the people watching, and the feeling that you are part of an only in Los Angeles story. A highlight of my stay was a massage and facial arranged in my room by the hotel, which were both exceptional. The setup was seamless, the therapists were outstanding, and the whole experience underscored just how good the service culture is throughout the property. Despite the dated aspects of the rooms, I will absolutely be back. I love this hotel, and as long as they maintain this level of service and charm, Chateau Marmont will remain one of my favorite places to stay in Los Angeles.
What a wonderful Christmas experience having a meal at the Château Marmont; Burrata, Calamari, Greek Salad, Tuna Tartar, linguini and clam and the Sauté Spinach. It was so delicious My daughter and I made some great memories HASAN our waiter was excellent PABLO took care of our check so very nice and BLUE was courteous and polite The valet service group were wonderful and we look forward to our next visit.
