Absolutely loved our meal at Sabor. We sat at the counter and had a brilliant lunch. Everything was perfect - the food was outstanding and the team were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The atmosphere was great, watching the food being prepared and the space is stunning. Michelin quality, but with the relaxed feel of a tapas bar. We loved it.

We visited Sabor to celebrate my wife’s 30th birthday and overall had a very enjoyable experience, service was good, guy was really friendly and polite, although restaurant quite busy at 2pm almost full. The food was really nice and full of flavour. Too many were amazing, the croquettes, the oxtail but the suckling pig was outstanding. Perfectly cooked with crisp skin and beautifully tender meat. Definitely a standout dish and worth ordering. The only small disappointment was that, although the booking was made for a 30th birthday, there wasn’t any special touch to mark the occasion — even something simple like a small birthday plate, pre-dessert, or candle would have made it feel a bit more memorable. That said, michelin experience varies, quality of the food speaks for itself and we had a good time.

We booked in December for 2/13/26 and arrived right on schedule for a party of 3. It took until 215p to be stated which isn’t an issue however they advised me must order by 230p. It seemed a little too much pressure since after telling the specials we had 11 minutes. We ordered 7 dishes. The cuttlefish, octopus, tuna, cheese croquettes, John Dory fish, paella with seafood and artichokes. Got dessert bombas chocolate and we each had either a beer and sangria. The good overall was very good. Service by Maria was excellent. The fact that they had to ask the people to relinquish our seats and allowed them to order espresso while we were waiting just didn’t make it a good start. I really enjoyed so many of the delicacies. I don’t like places that charge £2 for a little bread. The service charge is 15% however well deserved. Just don’t like being nickel and dimed. I would eat here again and some items were just magnificent. I would say they need to offer a cordial or a glass of Prosecco while you are made to wait and when you are on time but they aren’t. It was a very good experience I just wish they handled the wait better

Fantastic food, buzzing atmosphere and wonderful team behind it. The suckling pig is incredible, all the dishes we had were full of flavour and a joy to eat. Perfect for both coming in for a quick lunch and having a few small plates as well as enjoying a full feast of a dinner upstairs The team are fantastic and create a real warm experience for you, it feels like being at home but with much better food!
