Just checked in tonight, here for a three day stay with my daughter, first impressions are great. The staff couldn't be friendlier, from check in staff, to the manager and the bar staff, they were all so kind and lovely. The rooms are snug, but everything you need and very comfy. The rooftop bar is amazing! Great place
We had such a great stay at CitizenM Tower Bridge. The location was absolutely perfect for our City Cruises afternoon tea, just a short stroll away. Check‑in was super easy. At first we thought it was all self‑service, but the lovely staff quickly appeared to help us out and explain everything, from getting water for the room to how breakfast works. They were genuinely friendly and made us feel welcome right away. The room is small, but ideal for a short stay, and it had everything we needed. The blackout blinds and quiet atmosphere were amazing — we slept right through to 8am 😴. Breakfast was a real treat. For £18 per person, we thought the selection was generous and great value for money. The lounge area was another highlight, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. We’ll definitely be back for another short London stay in the future ❤️
I recently spent a few delightful hours at citizenM Tower of London, and the experience was effortlessly impressive. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The aesthetics are beautifully curated, modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed without feeling cold or corporate. Every detail, from the lighting to the décor, created an atmosphere that felt both sophisticated and relaxed. It’s rare to find a space that balances efficiency with personality so seamlessly. Add wonderful company to the mix, and it truly became a memorable experience. I’ll absolutely be returning.
I stayed here when taking part in the London Marathon and returned 4 weeks later because the hotel is so lovely. The first time I stayed the room had amazing views of the Shard and the second time had internal views, both stays the service was excellent with the room being clean and of a high standard. Would highly recommend as the location is perfect and lovely for an evening stroll with brilliant tube links as Tower Hill station is right next door.
My first stay at this hotel and citizenM and I'm impressed. Great location opposite the Tower of London and, when I checked in, I was able to choose a room overlooking it. I arrived at noon and the check-in machines showed check-in after 2pm but, Roberta was in the lobby area and she overrode the prompt and I was able to check-in. After an overnight transatlantic flight, that is much appreciated. The room is bright and clean and is ideal for me for the night. I'd brought some food and the room has a small fridge. I can grab some Zzzs now, meet my friends this evening in the City and be home as soon as my jet lag kicks in again. The lobby is lively with people working, a cafe, coffee area, Roberta told me that there's a free water dispenser too. I'm expecting breakfast in the morning and will then head onward. But, if first impressions last, I'll definitely be back.
