An exceptional experience at Angler. The Taste of Angler menu was truly outstanding from start to finish. Each course was beautifully presented and perfectly balanced, showcasing incredible attention to detail and a deep respect for ingredients. The flavours were refined yet expressive, with every dish telling its own story. The seafood, in particular, was immaculate, delicate, fresh, and executed with real precision. What made the experience even more special was the seamless service and elegant, calm atmosphere that allowed each course to shine. Paired with excellent wines, it felt like a complete journey rather than just a meal. A memorable dining experience and one I would absolutely recommend.

Flawlessly executed seafood-based menu, complemented with excellent service, an expansive wine menu and delicious complimentary dishes. Stunning setting suitable for special occasions, business meetings or romantic evenings. Recommended!

Probably one of the best meals I've had this year. Before you even decide what you are going to try you get three little appetisers which get you excited for the rest of the meal to come. We tried the tasting menu and it didn't disappoint. Each dish was expertly plated and beyond delicious (this includes the warm freshly baked bread.) My favourite was the tuna tartare but all of the dishes were wonderful. The service is attentive and well timed; the pace is relaxed without feeling drawn out. You never feel rushed when eating there is an attention to detail that makes dining here special.

We had a wonderful evening at Angler. The staff was outstanding as you can expect from a Michelin star restaurant. We had the The Taste of Angler with beautiful dishes inspired by the French cuisine. The wine pairing was excellent. All in all, we had a wonderful dinner.

I visited Angler twice for lunch in 2025, and both visits were very good experiences. The dining room is elegant and calm, filled with natural light and a relaxed, understated sense of luxury. It’s an ideal setting for focused, precise cooking without feeling formal or intimidating. On both occasions, the tasting menu was excellent. The dishes were well balanced and clearly seafood-led, with clean flavours and very careful execution. Everything felt cohesive from start to finish, with particularly strong fish courses — precise, restrained, and confidently cooked. Service was consistently polished and professional, with good pacing and clear explanations. Wine service was handled thoughtfully and complemented the food well. Overall, Angler delivers exactly what one expects from a Michelin-starred restaurant: consistency, technical skill, and a calm confidence throughout. Both lunches were thoroughly enjoyable, and it’s a place I would happily return to again.
