Absolutely phenomenal stay. Truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Every single detail was impeccable, and the service was beyond exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that never wavered throughout our stay. The concierge team went above and beyond to help us secure reservations and tailor recommendations, making our time in Lisbon completely seamless. The location is also unbeatable — perfectly situated for exploring the city. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Fantastic location for exploring downtown Lisbon. The staff were amazing, from great concierge service and recommendations with friendly staff throughout. The room is a little tight but well appointed and very comfortable. With an early flight they made us personalized to go breakfast bags that were great! The workout room is small but adequate. Some minor street noise but the windows did a good job insulating most. Highly recommend staying here!
The best experience. Primarily because the service was over the top from the moment we pulled up and did not have any euros to pay the cab driver and someone from the hotel staff took over. We were only there for 24 hours and would absolutely go back. In that time we had a medical emergency and the staff was once again over the top. They were constantly paying attention and it showed the hotel itself was very unique and the bar Rocco was eye catching. Highly recommend
We had an amazing weekend at the Ivens in Lisbon. The Decor of the hotel along with the story behind it is amazing felt like we got whisked away to another era. We had amazing dinners at both the Gastro Bar and Rocco’s food and wines were next level highly recommend thank you to everyone who made a stay more than just a stay made it an experience and a life memory
The Ivens will exceed your expectations. From the maximalist design to the friendly and engaging staff, this hotel is a singular and really special experience. We felt at home and very comfortable despite the fact that the hotel is quite fancy - I mean, the restaurant bathroom is practically a work of art - which is not easy to do. This has everything to do with the fact that the staff was very warm and genuine. The breakfast is perhaps the best we have experienced in a 5 star property in all of Europe. The bar is beautiful, the rooms comfortable and the location is very central, yet on the quiet side. Overall we highly recommend The Ivens.
