Good food - fries, pork croquet, prawn in garlic. Great music. We have been to other places and enjoy the performance. The performance we had on 03/04/2025 was quick good. 5€ for the show per person.

Loved our experience here! Very authentic, very moving, we had the chance to see a fado show with a male singer and female guitarists who were amazing. I suggest getting there early and ordering so you don’t have to rush, they play two sets and the menu is authentic and reasonably priced. We had tapas, codfish and octopus, it was very yummy. The show is intimate and has a cabaret feel, I loved it and would love to come back, highly recommended !

I would say that after living here for almost 4 years, I have finally found the best Fado restaurant. The musicians were amazing, and so was the singer. Food was top-notch and reasonable. I hugely recommend Povo. Just ignore the crowd on Pink Street.

I chose a place that offered quality Fado music, reasonably priced, and had something unique about it. It is located on the Umbrella Street, a vibrant and lively part of the city center. When the performance began two talented guitarists and an incredible singer took the stage. Out of respect for the music, service paused so everyone could fully take in the emotional depth of Fado — it was truly moving. The music, the dinner, and the whole experience were unforgettable.
