had the most incredible experience at the lost inn!! the hostel was clean, staff was super friendly - shout out to Ghabriel for being an incredible receptionist. he made us feel so comfortable and also makes the best sangria:). daily sangria at 8pm ever night was definitely a bonus. the location was also excellent and very convenient to get around the city. highly recommend staying here!
Had an amazing stay in a private room! The building is very clean including the bathrooms and is a very neat building. The staff were very friendly and approachable. I also left an item by accident my last day in Portugal and Ricardo was so helpful and able to ship it to me in a different country. I am so appreciative of it and it speaks volumes to their customer service!
Facilities wise, one of the best hostels ever stayed in. There was also a problem at check in as I'd lost my card and access to cash and the staff found a guest who was willing to loan me some temporarily. Met some amazing people here and the bar prices were so reasonable also! Thanks all!
Spent only a night after a late flight in February and front desk was super helpful and bed was comfy with curtains. Room was a bit too cold for my liking, and big windows lovely but didn't keep the cold away and rain sounded like someone was in the shower the whole night, in the same room. But I guess in the summer this would be a great spot. Shared bathroom/shower was nice with it's temperature and it was spacious and clean.
beware of bed bugs!!!! found a large one crawling up our wall next to my bed earlier today. thankfully reception was understanding and said they would either switch our rooms or give us a refund (if we emailed their manager, so haven’t received one yet), but we changed hostels immediately.
