The location couldn't be more perfect. It is right in the middle of the city center in the building of the train station that travels to Sintra which we really wanted to visit so it saved us a lot of time every day. The common area is beautiful and so are the rooms. Every bed has an option to put up full curtains for privacy, a light and two power outlets. The service were super nice and helpful. There is a lot of activities every day making it super easy to meet new people. I was really suprised just how nice it was especially for how cheap it is. The best option ever, especially for young people.

I cannot say enough good things about our time spent at the Lisbon Destination Hostel. Rodrigo provided us with a seamless & welcoming check-in process. We had a private room & bathroom that were wonderful (especially given the price). You have access to a full kitchen and awesome hang out area. The hostel is connected to a cool coffee shop and steps away from the train station (but you don’t hear the trains from inside your room). They host fun events but also have quiet hours. Sarah was so lovely and helped us to plan a trip to Porto. When we sadly had to check out, Pedro was wonderful and helped us stow our luggage until we had to leave for the airport. The location of this hostel is centralized. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly. It was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

I hadn't stayed at a hostel for about 30 years, so I was a little uncertain about being too old to stay here. I was happy to see I wasn't the only Gen Xer there! There was a nice mix of ages, from lots of young folks having fun and making lifetime memories to older couples to families. It was very convenient that when we got to Lisbon before our check-in time, they stored our bags for us and offered us access to showers. It was affordable, in the center of things, with easy access to public transportation and all the sites. Also plenty of food options nearby. It was very convenient to walk out of the hostel and be right in the train station. We boarded the train for Sintra without even having to go outside. The staff is great! We especially want to thank Joao for helping us with check-in and travel tips and to Sara, Sunita, and Jane for their hard work, often behind the scenes, to make guests comfortable at the hostel. We booked a private room, and breakfast was included. Salvatore did an amazing job putting together a full breakfast and even taking individual orders for eggs. Don't go in expecting anything too fancy, but staying in this historic building was fun. The plants under the skylights in the common area are lovely, and everything was clean.

Room was super cozy and clean. Location is central and easy to navigate our way around the area. Visited before peak season and it was really peaceful. Sara was amazing and it was great knowing the reception and as open 24hr knowing that we were getting there super late. Have hairdryers, and a range of activities to join in on. All the staff that we interacted with were all very friendly and knowledgeable of their roles. Would highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic Place! This was the first hostel I have ever stayed in, and it was a memorable experience. The washrooms were kept clean, soap was provided, and the staff were really friendly! Special shoutout to João and Jane for creating a very friendly environment and remembering all of our groups names within just 2 days of staying. My only piece of feedback is I wish the lock space for the underbed storage allowed for a proper disc lock - I noticed one of the lockers in my room allowed for a proper disc lock, but the majority only fit a small padlock (comically small), which we ended up having to buy for around 4 or 5 euro. Other than that this place was great and I highly recommend it!
