LOVELY and WONDERFUL stay! Service was EXCELLENT and even provided complimentary treats, which were so delightful and hit the spot! Adore thoughtful and nice unexpected gestures :) Everyone from the doormen, front desk, concierge, housekeeping, and gym trainer were so warm, welcoming, and friendly. The concierge desk was SUPERB - assisted with all my questions and definitely went above and beyond to book me a table at a local pub to watch the race. It was very much appreciated and unexpected! Absolutely LOVED the shower head pressure and the Frette bed sheets were so comfortable. The gym is well equipped with modern machines (even pilates reformer machines) and located on a high floor. Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again!!

We had a great room, excellent service, best breakfast brunch we have ever experienced. We weren't expecting the location to be so centrally located, and being near Eduardo VII park was a bonus. The view was great from our room, but the view from the rooftop spa/gym is not to be missed.
Our family had an outstanding holiday at Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The facilities are excellent, the decoration is elegant and beautiful, and the rooms are peaceful and very comfortable. Every member of staff was warm, professional, and truly attentive. They made us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special thank you to Kika and the concierge team for their exceptional support. They helped us plan our days with wonderful recommendations and amazing places to visit, which made our trip even more memorable. It was a truly special experience for our family, and we are already looking forward to coming back again.
We went to the Four Seasons for high tea and easily booked through their website, starting at 3:30 pm. The staff were very kind, spoke fluent English, and made everything lactose-free for me, which I really appreciated. They also accommodated my choice not to drink alcohol and made a lovely mocktail. The high tea food was delicious, and I would definitely do it again. It’s a bit pricey, but totally worth it. Huge thanks to the kind staff and accommodating chefs.
