Easily the best dining experience in Lisbon! From the incredible service to the food, everything was a flawless 5 stars. We had the sweet potato ceviche and the fish croquet had appetizers and OMG!!!! For our mains we had the cod and sea bass and double OMG!!!! I really don’t think we can top this experience while here in Portugal. Service wise, Sergio and Ivan are absolute standouts—they treat you like family from the moment you walk in. Sergio’s attentiveness ensures you have everything you need before you even have to ask. Sergio is truly an amazing human being that I now consider like a brother! Both of them are the are a big part of the reason I’ll be returning to Lisbon, and specifically back to A Cevicheria!
Truly the best meal we had in Lisboa. We kept ordering more ceviche plates because every dish that came out was somehow even better than the last. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and thoughtful and you could tell so much care went into every detail. What stayed with us just as much as the food was the kindness of everyone working there. The service felt so genuine and welcoming and made the entire night feel special in a way that is hard to describe. One of those places that becomes part of the memory of a trip itself. We already can’t wait to come back.
The tuna belly crudo was amazing! The prawn croquettes were so unique and delicious. Our waitress Vera was so sweet and explained each dish. Would definitely recommend!
Highly recommended. Although the choices of dishes are quite limited, the quality of cerviche and the sweet potato cream decorated on the plates were both beautifully presented and tasty. The pisco was fresh and punchy too! I would come back in a heartbeat!
A Cevicheria de Kiko is doing serious work. The quality is obvious the second the plate hits the table. I had the Amberjack and Aguaymanto and it was flawless. Clean cuts. Bright leche. That perfect snap from the red onion. The aguaymanto added this subtle sweet acid that tied everything together instead of overpowering it. Balanced, controlled and confident. And the red oyster? Insane. Pure flavor bomb. Please don’t skip it! The Lucuma desert is great as is, but the magic happens when all the ingredients are mixed together into one bite. Silky, rich, not overly sweet. It lingers in the best way. That’s how you close a meal. But Vera is the heartbeat of that place. She knows the art of food deeply. Not surface level. She understands the Why behind every dish and takes the time to guide you through how to eat it properly so you actually experience it the way it was meant to be experienced. That rare level of care makes you slow down and actually respect the craft. Her professionalism and warmth elevate the entire room. She makes you feel respected, welcomed and seen. Not like a transaction. Like you matter. The food is elite, but Vera makes it personal. Simple!
