At Miraflores Park, where the stark edges of the city faded away entirely, warm smiles and kind words welcomed us into an oasis of comfort. The staff, polished yet genuine, made us feel as though we were old friends finally returning home. Exhaustion lay heavy on all of us, so we decided to dine at the hotel restaurant, Tragaluz, where we met José. José attended to us with a graceful attentiveness, his manner both professional and kind. He spoke softly, guiding us through a menu rich with culinary artistry, and soon, the fatigue of the day gave way to pure delight. The dishes were extraordinary—each plate a masterpiece adorned with fresh, vibrant flavors. From delicate ceviche to melt-in-your-mouth duck, every bite was a revelation. José poured wine with the precision of a painter adding just the right touch to a canvas, his care turning the meal into a multisensory experience. He recommended Astrid & Gaston or La Mar for our lunch spots the next day, and we wouldn't be disappointed there either. It was the perfect welcome after the long flight from Paris, a memory already woven in warmth and gratitude. We left the table feeling nourished, not just by the food but by the genuine hospitality that enveloped us throughout the evening. While we ate out at other restaurants during our time at Miraflores Park, we had breakfast upstairs with an incredible view and such an impressive combination of local dishes. Overall, 10/10. And if I could rate it any higher, I absolutely would.

What truly elevated this stay, however, was the remarkable level of service. A very special thank you to Christian from the Concierge team, who was nothing short of extraordinary. His professionalism, knowledge, responsiveness, and genuine desire to create memorable experiences made a tremendous difference throughout my stay. Whether it was arranging recommendations, coordinating logistics, or simply ensuring everything was perfect, Christian consistently went above and beyond. He represents hospitality at its very best. What impressed me most was that every interaction felt personal and sincere. The team anticipated needs before they arose and delivered service with warmth, grace, and authenticity. Miraflores Park is the perfect combination of luxury, location, and exceptional people. It offers breathtaking views of the Pacific, easy access to the best of Lima, and a level of hospitality that makes guests feel genuinely valued. Our stay at the Belmond Miraflores Park was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The service was impeccable, and every detail—from cleanliness to comfort—was top-notch. Our ocean-view room was beautiful, and the sunset views from the room, restaurant, pool, and bar were absolutely stunning. The lounge access was a highlight—excellent food, drinks, and amazing views. The location in Miraflores/Barranco is perfect yet peaceful. This was the perfect ending to our trip. Highly recommend booking with lounge access—you won’t be disappointed.

Stunning hotel, one of the best locations in Miraflores overlooking the Malecón. Stayed 2 days while visiting Lima, and this hotel is definitely the best 5 star hotel in Miraflores. Make sure you give Tragaluz, the restaurant next door, a try as it has amazing food and drinks. Super clean pool, impeccable rooms. Should be 6 stars easily.

We stayed 4 nights in all, during our trip around Peru. From arrival and then return stay, the staff were very friendly, polite and very professional. The hotel, and both our rooms, were immaculate, clean and very comfortable. Breakfasts were amazing, dinners incredible, all in all, mind blowing to me, if only I could have eaten more... We loved the Belo Bar, some of the best cocktails we’ve had in the world. We had a very wonderful, relaxing stay. I was very sad to go, but we shall return. We’d like to say a special thank you, to Xiomara, Antonio, Edu, Ana, Rosa, and to everyone who made our stay so memorable. Although, we were only passing through, you helped make this the best holiday EVER. Thank you, so very much.
