This is a very well put together museum, it is the former courthouse and post office. You start on the 3rd floor and you work your way down to the 1st floor. There are elevators and stairs and I did see at least one wheelchair (I'm assuming it's available for visitors, maybe call ahead to make sure). There are plenty of restrooms. Definitely check this museum out if you have an interest in the Mob and/or the history of Vegas.

We booked online which is a MUST!! There are three interactive options you can choose: Firearm Training Simulator, the Distillery Tasting and the Crime Lab. The Firearm Training Simulator was by far the best. We have a CCW permit which comes with classroom training but the MOB Museum simulator allows you to do video and live interactive training involving a CO2 laser replica firearm which was very realistic and informative. Sadly when we booked we didn’t know the Speakeasy was closing early due to a private event.

Don’t miss this excellent museum/speakeasy/distillery combo. The mob museum is top quality across 3 main floor. Guest speakers and plenty of extra events you can purchase. This is all mob history from Europe to the US. It also includes a section on movies with many details on the facts v fiction of each. Guarantee you will learn something surprising regardless of your knowledge level on the subject. Amazing gift shop. The speakeasy is in the basement with the distillery. Get the password for the week from the website and walk around the east side of the building and go down the stairs be whiskey barrel, ring the buzzer and give the password when the slide the peephole back. More fun than just walking down the steps inside. But make sure when you leave to take the inside stairs up to see additional information on prohibition. Very good old fashioned and other drinks, all expertly made. Good small platters for the hungry. Have a bathtub drink before you leave. The distillery also does tours with samples included.

Very informative and alot to see here. Plan on spending at least three hours to peruse all three floors; four hours of you get to catch the speaker and take in an "experience" which does cost extra. We did the crime lab and it was interesting, interactive, and they keep the group maximum to 12 which makes it nice and hands on for everyone. The staff everywhere was pleasant, kind, and eager to be helpful. Even as we left staff outside were engaging. We also went down to the speakeasy (in the basement) and had drinks and lunch ($$$). Pricey but we were glad we stopped - great atmosphere. They have their own parking lot as well which makes it easy if you're not staying within walking distance ($).

The Mob Museum was such a fun and fascinating experience! I’m really into mob movies, crime history, and documentaries, so getting to actually walk through a museum dedicated to it all was so cool. I originally thought it would just focus on how the mob helped build Las Vegas—but it goes way beyond that. The museum covers organized crime across the United States, including places like New York and Chicago, and shows how different groups operated, competed, and sometimes even worked together. It also highlights how law enforcement responded over time, which made it even more interesting and well-rounded. There’s so much to see and learn, and it really pulls you into the history in an engaging way. Tickets were reasonably priced, and it was 100% worth it. If you’re even a little interested in true crime or history, I highly recommend stopping here!
