We made a point of stopping by the Chandelier Bar at the Cosmopolitan specifically for the Verbena drink, and it delivered. The presentation is beautiful, and the drink itself is really well-balanced. I enjoyed the flavor both before and after eating the flower that comes with it. Chewing the flower gave a fun, minty-cold sensation in my mouth that was surprisingly refreshing and lingered nicely. The bar has a cool, upscale vibe with that signature chandelier ambiance that makes it feel special without being stuffy. Service was solid and the overall experience was enjoyable. We didn’t linger for multiple rounds, but it was exactly what we were looking for — a memorable cocktail moment in Vegas. Would recommend if you’re into creative, interactive drinks. Solid 4 stars!

We had a night off so we decided to wonder around and decided to hit The Cosmpoitan which is an experience itself. However we decided to go to the Chandelier and spend our night there. When we arrived it was bus, busy…so we decided to go to the first floor and we took the escalators going to the other floor hoping we were able to get a table and guess what?, we did!!… The hostess were friendly, smiley and kind and they asked us if we wanted a table and we decided to go to the bar even though they were tables available. We sat down, only one chair available, and we were offered the menú; the bartenders were ready however they looked at us in a funny way sort of speak. The menú is quite big and offers cocktails and hard drinks; I decided for the New Tequila & Grapefruit and a Guinness that never fails. The cocktail was a visual experience itself and the taste OMG spectacular!!! People among us saw it and they started to order it which changed the look that the bartenders gave us to be honest. We had a good time, we were able to talk and have a nice conversation. So yes, put it on your list if you come to Vegas. It is a really nice experience and worth it. Enjoy!!

This bar gave us such an enjoyable experience, we went back a further 2 times! I truly think it's worth checking out! When we arrived we were seated right away at the bar even though we didn't have a reservation. As usual, I ordered my favourite drink (Spice Of Love). Our server was fantastic. That unique drink left quite an impression, and I'd definitely urge anyone to give it a try. Overall, I felt the service was top-notch ambience was great. I'm already looking forward to coming back sometime!

We stopped by The Chandelier at the Cosmopolitan to finally try the secret “flower drink,” the Verbena. It’s not on the menu, but a friend had tipped us off—so of course we had to give it a go. The drink itself isn’t amazing in terms of flavor, but that’s not really the point. The experience is the drink. Our waitress explained the process: take a sip, chew the Szechuan flower, then sip again. I ended up eating the whole flower with my first sip, and immediately my mouth started buzzing. It was funny, weird, and honestly pretty entertaining. The sensation only lasted a minute or two, but it definitely heightened the flavors and made the whole thing worth trying. It’s not a cocktail you’d order for taste alone, but if you’re looking for a unique experience, the Verbena is a must-try. Give it a shot the next time you’re there!

My husband and I celebrated our second anniversary by ordering the secret "flower drink", the Verbena, from The Chandelier bar at the Cosmopolitan. This drink isn't listed in the menu but a friend had told us about it beforehand. We were both surprised by the drink. It didn't taste great but the whole point of it for us was to try the flower. The waitress told us to take a drink, chew on the flower, then take another drink. I ate the entire flower with my first sip and my mouth was buzzing! It was a funny, weird, and interesting sensation. It didn't last long, maybe less than 2 minutes. It did enhance the flavors of the drink and my experience. Give it a try next time you're there!
