My friends and I had a lovely dining experience at Milos! My friend is pescaterin so this restaurant was a great fit for her dietary needs! Our server Sara who greeted us was super friendly and smiled the whole service. We absolutely adored her! She recommended Milos Special, Octopus appetizers and took us to the fish market where we picked out the fish we wanted to eat. We picked the Loup De Mar (2.7lb). Was meaty and tasty and very filling. I had to box it and it tasted even better the next day! The bread and olive oil dip was amazing also! I highly recommend Milos! There's no dress code but is still fine dining. It isnt too loud in the restaurant which is nice for conversations.

Amazing experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely incredible, every dish was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. The service was just as impressive: attentive, knowledgeable, and perfectly timed without ever feeling overbearing. This is easily one of the best restaurants on the Strip. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients, they’re fresh, vibrant, and clearly sourced with care. Everything felt elevated yet approachable, which made the entire dining experience memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier meal in Las Vegas.

If you want the best fish in Vegas, this is your spot. I did the lunch tasting menu and every single course was effortless in the best way — the kind of cooking that looks simple but takes real skill to pull off. Started with the grilled octopus — perfectly charred, meltingly tender, served over a creamy aioli with pickled capers and red onion. Worth every penny of the supplement. Then came the Dorade — a whole fish grilled and boned right at the table, finished with capers, fresh parsley and lemon alongside romanesco. No fuss, no elaborate sauces. Just pristine fish cooked beautifully. Dessert was Greek yogurt with spoon fruit — thick, cool and creamy topped with what I’m pretty sure were candied sour cherries. The perfect light ending to a really special meal.

Really enjoyed a lunch here. The quick and attentive was particularly pleasant (head server named Ryan on Sept 26). The tomato salad was ripe and nice. The tuna burger was definitely the best part of the meal. It was served with “zucchini fries,” which were nice - though I’d have loved some aioli as a pairing. The only thing I didn’t love was the baklava for desert. It was a surcharge from the prix fix menu and it looked great but there was an extremely powerful spice present in the recipe that made it spicy and almost bitter. Perhaps others have a taste for that. Regardless, I would definitely come back again.

Milos is always a good idea.. i have been a guest since their time at cosmopolitan... their as authentic as they could be in a far away land from greece and trust me i know how authentic they are, i am Turkish ✌️service is amazing, food is impeccable, ambiance is killing it .. their sommelier is fantastic...
