Really nice coffee place! The latte was super smooth and the eggs and bacon breakfast hit the spot. Loved that they open early at 8 AM — perfect for starting the day before exploring the city. Friendly staff and chill vibes too!

Great place, very tasty coffee filter! A simple and hearty breakfast. I tried the banana bread - it was tender, fresh, and perfect! I will definitely choose this place for breakfast again!

Amazing!! We got the French toast and classic breakfast. Everything was cooked to perfection with quality ingredients. The French toast was wonderful and the matcha/ lattes were very tasty. Would highly recommend:)

This was by far the best hostel I’ve stayed in, in Japan. Everyone was unbelievably kind and made me feel right at home immediately. The cafe area is beautiful and their coffee and bacon and eggs are so good. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The location in my opinion is perfect, you are perfectly situated near all the lively/popular parts of Kyoto, whilst also being slightly out the way to have a nice peaceful space to come back to. Will be recommending all of my friends and family to stay here if they ever visit Kyoto, and I will be back !!

We visited the café here, which turns more into a bar in the evening. Unfortunately, after a certain time they no longer prepare coffee, and even though the bartender was willing to make it for us, we were unlucky because the coffee machine was broken. So we had some drinks instead, which were very good, and then we continued on our way.
