We dropped by this place for lunch. We parked at Bangsar Village which is just opposite the restaurant. Unfortunately, it is only accessible by stairs so those on wheelchairs have no access. The ambience is cosy and comfortable. Service was attentive too. The menu has both local and western options. The curry laksa was delicious with aromatic flavour. The nasi ulam was good with very nice mushroom satay and deliciously addictive satay sauce. The ibu mee goreng tasted more like hokkien mee; a dash of fusion perhaps. Overall, it was an enjoyable dining experience.

Absolutely love this place. The food, cocktails, atmosphere, and service are always amazing. The space feels cosy, full of life, and you can really see the effort put into every detail. One of the best spots in KL for good vegan food, even if you’re not vegan. Definitely a place I keep coming back to.

So the first time I came it wasn’t the best but The Hungry Tapir went out of their way to make it up and honestly it was one of the best vegan meals out there! Truly impressed by their service and food quality. Thanks for your wonderful service and amazing food and drinks. The hype about the pink bombshell burger and laksa was accurate, super chunky burger and thick laksa curry with all the right Malaysian flavours! Also really loved the night time vibes — something which bangsar was lacking for a long time when it came to live music or happenings! I will come back again to try their pizzas! 🥳
