Really enjoyed our visit here - everything very well organised into smaller groups with dedicated slots in each place (sky bridge, top floor etc.) so it was not too busy at any point. Fantastic views, great history and impressive building, learnt a lot. Cafe at floor 86 is a great stop to grab a drink on the way back down and spend some time admiring the view.

The Petronas Twin Towers are even more impressive in person than in photos. Seeing the twin skyscrapers rise above Kuala Lumpur is striking, especially with the sleek steel and glass reflecting light throughout the day. I went around late afternoon and the view was stunning as the towers changed from bright and shiny in the sun to glowing with lights at night. Walking around the base, the park and fountains add a nice open space to take in the full view, and it’s a great spot for photos from many angles. If you go up to the sky bridge or observation deck, you get wide city views that are unforgettable. It’s busy, but totally worth it if you want an iconic Kuala Lumpur experience that mixes modern design, city energy, and amazing skyline views.

If in KL then a visit to these towers are a must. Reasonably priced. No wait. Views are amazing! So much to see and at night towers are lit and you have beautiful fountains dancing to music in front of them. Fabulous shopping centre at ground level to the towers too. If visiting from Europe, just beware of toilets.....Two very different situation of toilet facilities for ladies!!!!

A 💯 treat to eyes! This simply the most loved attraction in KL and MY. One of the most iconic landmarks in the world! Best time to visit is around sunset and you get great daylight views and night photos. Tickets for the Skybridge and 86th floor should be booked in advance. KLCC Park and the fountain show nearby are beautiful and great for photos. Even if you don’t go up, seeing the towers from outside is an unforgettable experience.

✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️Petronas Twin Towers, Kuala Lumpur, Merdeka Tower 118, and Kuala Lumpur Tower (the icons of Kuala Lumpur city) I managed to capture the beauty of the Petronas Twin Towers on my way to Genting Highlands using an out-of-town tour bus. Along the way, we also saw the Merdeka Tower 118 located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, which is the second tallest building in the world at 678.9 metres (2,227 feet). In addition, we also saw the Kuala Lumpur Tower, a 421-metres telecommunications tower in Malaysia. These three buildings are the main icons of Kuala Lumpur City. What a breathtaking view of the skyline! I really love the iconic beauty. I am looking forward to visiting the Merdeka Tower 118, which is scheduled to open its observation deck and shopping mall in full in August 2026. Come visit Malaysia, a popular destination that offers truly amazing, unique, and beautiful places, as well as the warmth of its people. Don't miss the delicious local dishes that you will definitely enjoy. Chris May 3, 2026 Footnote: Facts about iconic buildings 1.
