I celebrated my birthday at DC Restaurant, and it was absolutely incredible. My fiancé booked the Global Menu, a seven-course dinner that felt like a true culinary journey. The relaxed, romantic atmosphere made it perfect for the occasion. The meal began with freshly baked bread and caviar butter, followed by a smoky amuse bouche that opened our palettes beautifully. Our favourite dish, Echoes of the Sea, was a symphony of ocean flavours with a standout sweet and creamy prawn. For mains, I had the bone marrow and Wagyu — both cooked perfectly — while my fiancé’s lamb and asparagus were just as delicious. The service was outstanding, with every staff member warm and attentive, making the evening feel really special. Highly recommend DC Restaurant for an elegant and unforgettable dining experience.
We had an exceptional meal at DC Restaurant. Each course was a delightful interplay of flavours and textures, coming together in a beautifully orchestrated experience. It is no surprise that the restaurant has earned a Michelin star. From the appetisers through to the mains and desserts, every dish impressed with its thoughtful balance and execution. I would happily recommend this place. I won’t spoil the experience by going into the details—best to discover it for yourself.
Went there for my birthday celebration. Book an omakase. Suprise to see DC cook personally for us. Every dish is specially crafted with impeccable skill and ingredients. Alot of ingredients are caught by DC himself to maintain overall quality control. For me I love the scallop and lamb the most. Others are equally outstanding. The dining experience is superb and without complain. Services by servant and with sommelier excellent recommendation on wine. Must give it a try if your budget allowed
Restaurant with 1 Michelin Star from 2023 until 2026 😍. Great food, great atmosphere, great experience. We booked table at moon bar fine dining area and ordered 7 courses sake pairing, the food & the sake really good. The staffs very friendly.
3 years has been passed from my fine dining experience here but still memorable as one of the best experiences in TTDI area. Thank you DC Restaurant team for great services and hospitality.
