As dusk falls, a visit to the hotel's pride and joy, Bar Trigona, is an absolute must for every guest. A household name in Kuala Lumpur, this iconic bar has been crowned Malaysia's Best Bar and once ranked 14th on Asia's 50 Best Bars list, standing as an indispensable landmark in the city's cocktail scene. Drawing inspiration from Malaysia's natural landscapes and seasonal climates, its interior is dominated by warm golden tones that exude the unique vibrancy and radiance of the tropics, filling the space with infectious warmth and energy the moment you step inside. The bar adheres to the use of local sustainable ingredients. Its name is derived from Malaysia's native stingless bee, and nearly all its signature cocktails are crafted with this local raw honey as the base. Boasting mellow sweetness and delicate layered flavors, the drinks are approachable even for casual drinkers. Sipping one or two bespoke cocktails here as the sky darkens gradually and the city lights flicker to life offers an unparalleled experience. Within this intimate space, you can feel the beating urban pulse of Kuala Lumpur, while appreciating the dedication and precise craftsmanship behind every perfectly balanced drink.

5-star craft cocktail bar well deserving of its Worlds 50 Best listing. Extremely well conceived cocktail program honoring local ingredients and honey. Good hospitality. Impressive setting - nice ambiance, good place for date night or to impress guests. Cocktail flight presentation could be improved (eg mini-couples not shot glasses, more garnishes). The menu is long, so by luck perhaps I personally didn’t find cocktails that really resonated with me and that were delicious enough to want to drink again. But, there are many more drinks I wanted to try, so I would definitely return. Pricing is on the high side (ok by international standards maybe). Still, I’d recommend this bar, it is certainly worth visiting when you’re in KL.

Finally made my way to Bar Trigona to experience their limited edition World Class cocktail creations, and it was every bit as impressive as expected. The cocktails by Melvin here are truly world-class — each one beautifully balanced, thoughtfully crafted, and inspired by local ingredients with a refined, modern twist. You can really taste the attention to detail in every sip, from the unique flavour pairings to the elegant presentation. The bar ambience is just as memorable — sophisticated yet warm, making it a great spot for both a special night out or a relaxed evening drink. Service was also top-notch Definitely one of KL’s must-visit bars if you appreciate creative mixology and a polished experience. Bar Trigona is located on the sixth floor of the Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur, in the building adjacent to the iconic Petronas Twin Towers. You enter through the dining area before reaching a large, imposing door that opens into a beautifully designed bar with a refined, intimate atmosphere. Inside, the interior features low lighting and floor-to-ceiling glass windows, offering impressive views of the eastern side of one of the Twin Towers. The best seats in the house are the two-seater tables positioned directly by the windows at the end of the bar, perfect for taking in the view. There is also a larger seating area suitable for groups, along with a central booth-style table for four that offers views both of the elegant bar and the exterior skyline. Cocktails are on the pricier side, starting from around RM60, but this is very much in line with the setting and overall experience. We tried two drinks: • Pomelo – a refreshing long drink where pomelo is the dominant flavour, interesting and well-balanced. • HP Lunara – a fruit-forward cocktail, typically presented with a raspberry-filled sphere, visually striking and enjoyable. Small snacks were also provided, adding a thoughtful and attentive touch to the service. Overall, Bar Trigona delivers a very pleasant experience. While the drinks are slightly expensive, the beautiful setting, attentive service, and quality cocktails make it worthwhile. It’s no surprise that Bar Trigona features on the Asia’s 50 Best Bars list l.

Tucked inside Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Trigona Bar has been making waves after being listed 39th among Asia's Top 50 Bars, so we decided to check it out during our stay in KL. The ambience immediately stands out - lively, stylish and very inviting without feeling pretentious. The bar counter itself is a real showpiece, almost like a crystal cave, with striking lighting that resembles floating yo-yos. It's visually stunning and sets the mood perfectly for an evening drink. We ordered a few of their best sellers - the Bumblebee, Penicillin, and Campfire — and all three were very satisfying. Well-balanced, thoughtfully crafted, and clearly executed by a team that knows their cocktails. Each drink had its own character, yet none felt gimmicky. Overall, Trigona Bar delivers both on atmosphere and drinks, making it an excellent spot for a relaxed yet refined night out. Definitely somewhere we'd return to the next time we're in Kuala Lumpur.
