St. Mary’s Basilica in Krakow is absolutely breathtaking in person. The architecture is majestic and instantly pulls you in, and the sense of history inside and out is incredible. You can truly feel how important this place is to the city and its culture. I had the pleasure of witnessing the famous trumpet call played on the hour, and it was such a magical, unforgettable moment—something you have to experience at least once when visiting Krakow. The basilica is located right in the heart of the Main Square, surrounded by beautiful views, lively energy, and plenty of space to walk around and take it all in. It’s a wonderful area for families and visitors of all ages. A must-see landmark when in Krakow.

Great place to visit. It’s truly extraordinary to see how this place was built so many years ago, the history and craftsmanship are impressive and make it worth stopping by. The only downside was the £4 entry fee. Once inside, it only took about five minutes to walk around and take photos, so it felt a bit pricey for the amount of time spent there. Still, it’s an interesting spot to see at least once.

St. Mary's Basilica is a stunning landmark that left our family of five in awe despite the chilly winter weather. The interior is incredibly detailed and colorful, providing a warm and peaceful escape from the cold streets of the main square. Our children were fascinated by the unique architecture and the famous trumpet call that echoes across the city. It is a must visit location that truly captures the historic heart of the city and looks beautiful against a winter backdrop.

Awesome place, it is full of details. The walls, the ceiling pillars it was fantastic. This is the one of most beautiful cathedral/ basilica I have ever visited. İt is also quite cheap. It cost 10 pln for eu/eez students. İt takes about 30 min to visit.
