We had a fabulous stay at the Queen Boutique Hotel. We booked the Queen Suite 4th floor and a double room on 2nd floor, both lovely. Very spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean, with housekeeping doing a fantastic job every single day. Great views. The location of this hotel is very good. It's perfectly situated right between the busy Market Square and the Jewish Quarter making it so easy to walk everywhere and explore the city. The front desk staff were also a great, always friendly, polite and helpful whenever we needed anything. My only disappointment was the breakfast. We had paid for breakfast as part of our stay, but unfortunately, we didn't actually get to eat it. Our booked day tours had very early morning starts and because breakfast doesn't open until 7:00 AM, we had to leave before it started. 😞 If you are planning early excursions (like Auschwitz or the Salt Mines), just keep this timing in mind! Overall, a beautiful boutique hotel with good service. We would definitely stay here again. ❤️
Beautiful hotel, staff are attentive, helpful and friendly. Well managed and very clean, the rooms are contemporary and well maintained. Perfect location for exploring Krakow. Extra heaters etc available if you are cold, also if you are missing anything or need anything they can help with it all. Cannot fault the hotel or staff. Resident manager Jan does an excellent job and we found new member Bartosz extremely helpful. Well done keep up the great work. Definitely recommend this hotel.
Very central, approximately 10min walk to Wawal Castle and 10 minutes to Jewish Quarter. Right on tram line. Amaxing breakfast, quiet regardless of time, exceptional choice and fresh cooked eggs. Coffee machine available for latte, cappuccino and expresso. Rooms beautiful with all amenities, The best thing about this hotel is tje staff. Attentive, available to answer all questions, requests managed within minutes, before and during stay. Cannot compliment enough.
Great stay at Queen Bouthique Hotel. It is in a perfect location between the old town and the jewish quater. All the staff were very helpful here at the front desk, at breakfast and the driver. Room was nice and spacious looking out on to the street. The use of the sauna is also free for guests, although you have to book your slot at the front desk. Would highly recommend!
Staff were very welcoming. Breakfast food selection was fantastic. Room was great, quiet and spacious. Had 2 bathrooms. Good location to walk to various places.
