I definitely recommend this hotel, which is located right across from the train station and tram stop. They allowed early check-in, there was complimentary coffee in the lobby, and the room was spotless. The bed was also very comfortable. The room lighting and temperature could easily be adjusted via an iPad. I would gladly stay here again. It would have been even better if hotel slippers had been provided.
This is one of the most amazing hotels in the world. The service is spectacular. Every personnel really makes an effort to assist and help in any way! This hotel has free coffee service-Latte, mocha and cappuccino. The beds are amazing and the floors in the bathroom warm up! I have stayed here 4 times! Love it
Great hotel. Great location. Wall-to-ceiling window gives the room a much larger feel. Good restaurant. And free coffee and tea in lobby. My only problem is that there are not enough of them. When traveling in Europe I will check for a Puro hotel first.
The hotel is splendid overall, with an excellent location. It’s just a few steps from the Central Railway Station, which makes it extremely convenient if you’re arriving from Warsaw and then heading to Vienna. At the same time, the historical city center is only a 5-minute walk away, and there’s a large shopping mall right next door. The rooms are quite small and have a rather unusual lighting system. However, the biggest drawback is the bathroom, which is separated only by matte glass walls. Sound travels very easily, so privacy is limited. If you’re planning a romantic getaway, this can quickly become awkward. The view from the rooms varies greatly. I was lucky to get a beautiful outlook over a monastery garden, complete with a charming church tower and colorful flowers. Unfortunately, such rooms seem rare — I’d estimate only about 10% of the rooms offer this view. Many rooms face the nearby mall, with a wall just 20 meters away. On a positive note, the service was excellent. The staff is well-trained, professional, and clearly understands hospitality. The only minor disappointment was the breakfast, which offered a rather limited selection. There was no porridge available, and despite mentions in other reviews of an à la carte breakfast menu option, we were not offered this during our stay.
We love the overall vibe of the hotel and the location was so good to explore the city on foot. Highlight was the big window in our room with beautiful city views. The hotel was very clean. The room had a smart TV so we could Chromecast our content. We could also easily adjust our room and washroom temperature from the tab which was convenient.
