An elegant, quiet hotel situated on the border of the Old Town and Kazimierz, offering excellent service and a peaceful courtyard.

Very good location, within walking distance of the Old Town and Wawel Castle. The hotel was clean, the staff were polite, quiet rooms. The mattresses were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. We had booked a double room, but we were upgraded free of charge to a Junior Suite, as we were traveling with a child
Just returned from a 5 night stay in Krakow with friends. Our friends chose this hotel and we were all very pleased with it. We stayed room only. The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable with a compact but thoughtfully designed bathroom. We had everything we needed and the location was very convenient for the centre and access to the local trams and trains. We did have breakfast in the hotel a couple of times for convenience and this was fine for our needs. There are also many good restaurants nearby for other food options. Overall a great hotel and we all enjoyed our stay. Would definitely use again and recommend.
This hotel was perfect for our needs for a 4 night stay. The rooms were comfortable and a good size. The bathrooms were great with a good shower. I enjoyed the location of this hotel. It was opposite a supermarket and across the road from the Jewish quarter where there's a variety of bars, restaurants and food vendors. We actually prefer to be in the Jewish quarter rather than the town square as its a better atmosphere, cheaper and has far less crowds. The hotel staff were great. We had an issue with a room and they switched us right away. They also offered us late checkout of 1pm which was extremely helpful as we had a late flight. We ate at the restaurant a few times and the food was great and some of the best we ate in krakow. The only issue I had was having no beans at breakfast and sometimes the fried eggs were hard but other than that we loved it. The reusable water bottles and filling stations were a great addition. Would definitely recommend this hotel
This hotel is absolutely beautiful. Very quick check in. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. The rooms are to a great size too. Location is on the border of Jewish Quarter. And about 10-15minute walk to the Old Town. And the bar is perfect for chilling out, after a long day of sight seeing. Cocktails are tasty too. Shall definitely come back.
This hotel ticked all the boxes, and at great value. Superb rooms, great staff always ready to help with almost everything. Very clean and tidy. Brilliant location to the train from and to the airport(about 120 metres and that at most.) About 15 minute walk from hotel to centre of old town Square. To many restaurants to mention. We would definitely highly recommend this hotel for couples and families.
