Absolutely stunning museum, when you visit Kraków you have to come here not just because of Leonardo Da Vinci's Lady with an Ermine painting, which is great, but also for everything else as well so much art, history at one place it would really be a shame to go to Kraków and skip this place. Just take at least 3-4 hours to enjoy everything even though to be quiet honest I think you can easily spend an entire day here, because of so many things to see. People working there are really nice as well and helpful.

The Admission in the Gallery Czartoryski is free, and the building itself is well worth seeing. The exhibition is diverse and combines historical objects with classical paintings, making it varied. For pure art lovers, the mix may not be ideal, yet there are many highlights. The work by Leonardo da Vinci is particularly well-known, but other paintings, such as those by Rembrandt, are also presented very impressively. Overall, a worthwhile and well-designed exhibition.

A visit to the Czartoryski Museum is a truly enriching experience for anyone who appreciates art, history, and culture. Home to one of Poland’s most important collections, the museum beautifully blends elegance with deep historical significance. Walking through its thoughtfully curated rooms, you feel immersed in centuries of European heritage, with each exhibit telling a compelling story. The highlight, of course, is Lady with an Ermine by Leonardo da Vinci—a masterpiece that alone makes the visit worthwhile. Seeing it in person is captivating, with its delicate detail and timeless beauty. Beyond this iconic work, the museum offers an impressive range of artifacts, paintings, and decorative arts that reflect both Polish identity and wider European influences. The atmosphere is calm and refined, making it easy to take your time and fully absorb the exhibits. Everything is well-organized, with clear descriptions that enhance the experience without overwhelming you. Whether you are deeply interested in art or simply exploring Kraków’s cultural treasures, this museum leaves a lasting impression and is absolutely worth a visit.

I really enjoyed this museum, it's spread across a few buildings all of which are interconnected internally, it has a nice variety of historical items from art to statues and is steeped in polish history. It is well worth a visit in my opinion, im irish and enjoyed learning about Polish history.

It was a nice experience. The museum is free on Tuesdays, which is very convenient. With audio guide the tour took about an hour and a half so it fits great in the schedule without overwhelming you with too much information. The highlight of course is Da Vinci’s painting which was the whole reason I went there. Highly recommend.
