Absolutely loved this hotel!! Location is excellent to walking distance to Wawel Castle & Market Square to name a few. The service was phenomenal from the moment we checked in until we checked out. Room decor was amazing. Room was clean & new bottles of water were placed daily in room to replace used ones. Entire staff was friendly & professional. Helped us with any types of questions we had. Would definitely return here!
An absolutely stunning hotel, the pool and spa facilities are delightful. My husband and I were on a romantic weekend away and this hotel ticked all of the boxes, the rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable with quality down bedding and a large and very comfortable queen size sleigh bed. Whilst we didn’t eat at the hotel (we wanted to explore) the food looked delicious and the setting remarkable. Location wise it is a stone’s throw from the old town and a quick stroll to the tram if you want to go down to Kazimierz (the Jewish district) for the night life and street food. I’d go back in a heartbeat.💓
Up to date we had only pleasure to use spa facilities and bar. Very convenient location, very close to busy Old Town Kraków, yet just set on a "quieter "street. Very beautiful historical building with charming courtyard. Staff exceptional. Spa....hmm... I would like to describe like "Heaven on earth ". You will be relaxed and pumpered from the top of your head to the very end of your toes. Our next visit in Kraków,we'll definitely stay at the hotel
Our stay was outstanding from start to finish. The entire team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and you can see the pride they take in their work in every detail of the guest experience. A special thank you to Johanna, the GM, who clearly leads by example and has built a fantastic team around her – she should be very proud of her staff. We are already looking forward to our next visit and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Krakow!
My favorite part of this hotel was the beautiful underground pool. It had an eerie, serene atmosphere that made swimming in it relaxing. The location of this hotel was perfect. Walking distance to so much. My only complaint was breakfast was way overpriced for what one got. The bar area was great, and service in there was perfect, and the bartender made a great Negroni!
