Staff is very friendly, good air conditioning in most rooms, very clear path to the kotel to pray when you want.

The hotel has no water, the floor in the room didn’t seem clean, and the food was hardly enjoyable. Some areas and corners of the hotel reflect an older style, similar to those in Jaffa, which is quite charming. Conveniently located just a few steps from the Kotel, but if you’re looking for a relaxing, inviting, and comfortable place, this doesn’t seem to be one of the best options.

Reading the reviews, we were a bit worried. Some are great, some are really bad. In the end, we were very happy with our choice. It wasn't perfect but it was definitely a good stay and good value for the money. We stayed for one night in the Deluxe rooms. The rooms were large, the beds were comfortable, and there were complementary bottles of water in the fridge and a bottle of wine. The doors are interesting - rounded on top so that you want to walk through the middle of the opening and not the side which might be too low. The rooms were clean, but there is an odor issue: it's a bit musty when you walk in, and there is a smell in the bathroom that management needs to be taken care of. It seems to be coming from outside the room - through drains or some other opening. The service was great: both on the phone when we made our reservation, when we arrived, during breakfast, and at the bar.
