We stayed at the King David Hotel Jerusalem for one night through Amex FHR, after leaving the Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem due to cleanliness, service, and management issues. Upon arrival, the front desk manager warmly welcomed us and upgraded our room by four categories above our original booking. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered the most stunning view of the Old City – truly breathtaking. Breakfast was excellent, with high-quality pastries and the best cheesecake I have ever tasted. The service at the pool and dining area was outstanding, and the staff demonstrated genuine hospitality at every interaction. Although the hotel is not part of an international chain, it operates at a world-class level and serves as a true model of excellence. Simply put, the best hotel in Jerusalem. Highly recommended.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The King David Hotel is one of my favorite places in Jerusalem. After a long and intense day of work, I love coming here to unwind with a good glass of wine. The atmosphere is simply perfect — elegant, peaceful, and full of history. The service is always exceptional. The bartenders and waitstaff are genuinely kind, attentive, and make you feel truly welcome. It’s a place where you can sit quietly with a book, enjoying the calm and the view… or engage in wonderful conversations with people from all around the world. There’s something timeless about the King David — it’s not just a hotel, it’s an experience of Jerusalem itself: serene, inspiring, and full of soul. 🍷✨

Amazing atmosphere, very unique experience, incredible service, prices are relatively good in comparison to other hotels in Israel (taking into consideration the incredible service in King David and the historic importance of it). The prices in the restaurant are a bit expensive and the food is overvalued, but the service and experience are one of a kind.

Extremely disappointing service at the King David Jerusalem. I brought a married couple as guests, and to my shock, no one came to welcome them or assist. They were left to go through a long and slow check-in process on their own, and nobody helped with their luggage — I had to step in myself. While I was helping, the security guard started yelling at me to move the car instead of offering any assistance. For such a famous hotel with a premium reputation, the level of service was simply unacceptable. The hotel seems to live on its name, but the actual experience is careless and far from 5-star standards.
