Food was delicious. Amazing service. As soon as we ordered we received a bunch of on the house salads and breads. The Jerusalem mix is a must!! It was delicious. Majadra rice was good. Everything was delicious. Ortal our waitress was very pleasant. Didn’t even take pics - we devoured all the food.
Loved people there service great hug&kiss for charming beautiful people. Hope to see all again .May I ask managers check their credit card machine processing. Both my credit cards were good I used them to buy more beer after I left. You may want to check the charges duplicate?
Very disappointing experience, especially as a regular customer. My fiancée and I ordered two entrecôte steaks — mine was 200₪ and hers (shishlik) was 96₪. When the plates arrived, her portion was clearly larger while mine was heavily fat and noticeably smaller. I politely pointed this out, but instead of addressing it, the waiter insisted they were the same and showed photos of raw meat. I asked if I could simply switch to the same dish she ordered, but the manager refused. When I decided to leave, things got worse: the restaurant accidentally charged my card twice. I received two Amex alerts immediately, but both the waiter and manager denied the double charge even after I showed them the proof. They refused to refund it. My fiancée, who speaks Hebrew, overheard the manager on the phone asking their boss how to reverse one of the charges — yet they still denied it. Poor service, poor handling of a simple issue, and refusing to correct a clear billing mistake. I won’t be coming back.
Jerusalem mix was disappointing with mostly chicken thigh and very few bits of offal. Everything else was nice enough though, especially the lamb chops. Friendly service!
Good food quality and nice sized portions. Service was friendly and attentive. There's really no decor and tables are jammed pretty close together. If you're just looking for good food and atmosphere isn't important, this is for you! They speak English and have an English language menu.
