Amazing experience from start to finish! The food was absolutely outstanding — the steak was perfectly cooked and juicy with a rich, flavorful sauce, and the salmon was tender with crispy skin and beautifully balanced sides. The dessert was unforgettable — warm, crispy pastry topped with creamy ice cream and pistachio that was the perfect sweet ending. The atmosphere was just as impressive, especially the rooftop view. Dining with that beautiful view made the whole evening feel special and elevated the experience even more. A huge thank you to Issa and Karishma for their exceptional service. They were attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel welcome. They checked on us at the right times and made sure everything was perfect.
With such a breathtaking location, we naturally expected the dishes to be on the same level. Both the dishes and the service felt like they were missing precision and attention to detail. That being said, the venue clearly has a lot of potential. With a bit more focus on refining the menu and elevating the service to match the gorgeous atmosphere, this could be a great spot. Could still be enjoyable for a nice bottle of wine with a view but not more.
My wife and I absolutely love that restaurant. Our last visit was yesterday to celebrate our anniversary. As always the food, the atmosphere, the people, and the view were all simply perfect. I won’t use any other superlatives - if you ever get a chance, I warmly recommend that you visit for dinner.
The restaurant is located on the rooftop of a beautiful building with a stunning view of the walls of Jerusalem. In terms of the food — the soup was excellent, the fish was excellent, and the chicken parmesan was basically a dry schnitzel with pasta in a simple tomato sauce. It was inedible. We expected the waitress to ask how the food was and whether everything was alright — that did not happen. She cleared a plate full of uneaten food without asking any questions. At a restaurant of this caliber, we expected better service and higher quality food.
Cheese and Wine was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed, making it perfect for a cozy evening out. The selection of cheeses and wines is impressive, carefully curated, and perfectly paired. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor, clearly prepared with attention to detail and quality ingredients. A special thank you to Issa, our waiter, who truly elevated the entire experience. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. His recommendations were spot on, and his professionalism combined with warmth made us feel valued and comfortable throughout the evening. Highly recommended for anyone looking for refined flavors, excellent service, and a memorable dining experience.
