An exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The service was truly outstanding, knowledgeable and genuinely warm. Every detail was handled with care, creating a relaxed yet refined atmosphere. The food was nothing short of fantastic. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavor, showcasing both creativity and high-quality ingredients. The wine selection deserves special mention carefully curated, with excellent recommendations that paired perfectly with the meal and elevated the entire experience. I have been here several times over the years. It's always been a gustatory delight. Not many restaurants in Jerusalem open during shabbat, thankfully Mona is. Reservations recommended for weekends due to the popularity.
We booked a pre-set menu for a family meal. As soon as we sat down, the dishes started arriving, and the food was excellent and pleasantly surprising. The staff were attentive, clearing plates and replacing cutlery regularly, and checking in before bringing out the next courses. It would have been even nicer if the place were a bit less noisy, but other than that — it was perfect!
An excellent restaurant in the center of Jerusalem, based in an old building and magical atmosphere. Great Italian inspired cuisine - simple but high quality and cooking skills and a good service. Had a wonderful evening.
Perfect place. A combination of great service, delicious food, attentive personnel and gastronomic delight is hardly found in Jerusalem. Accidentally got here while walking in the heart of the city and were amazed by the atmosphere. It’s not that the interior is something unique or unbelievable but the people that work at Mona fill the restaurant with kindness and professional care. This place is authentic chef restaurant providing gastronomic masterpieces inventing something new almost every evening. How pleasant it was when we received very tasty dish on the basis of corn as a compliment. We wish that this place would be open also in the mornings and be more accommodated for families with children. Definitely worthy of 5 star 🏅evaluation!!
