I had a truly pleasant and memorable stay at Raffles Jakarta. From the moment I arrived, everything felt seamless and genuinely welcoming. The staff were attentive, warm, and professional, making the entire experience feel personal rather than transactional. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable exactly what you would expect from a luxury hotel. Every detail was well thought out, from the amenities to the cleanliness and overall ambiance. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a great variety of high-quality options and excellent service throughout. The location is very convenient, especially with direct access to the mall, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. What stood out the most was the consistency of service everything was handled smoothly and with care, creating a stress-free and enjoyable stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a refined and comfortable stay in Jakarta.

This review reflects my personal preference, but overall I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. The room itself is good and comfortable, so there are no major issues with the physical condition of the room. However, compared to other hotels in Jakarta such as Pullman, Mulia or Hyatt, I found the food to be less impressive. The main issue for me was the service, especially at the FRONT DESK. The staff were not very accommodating, and when they were unable to fulfill a request, they did not try to be helpful or at least reassuring. A little effort to assist or communicate better would have made a big difference. Our reservation had been confirmed several days in advance and we booked multiple rooms and other services. In many hotels, when bookings are confirmed ahead of time and involve several rooms, they usually try to have the rooms ready earlier, or at least by around 2 PM, even though the official check in time may be 3 PM. It is part of providing added value to guests. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. Considering the level of competition among hotels in Jakarta, I believe offering this kind of added value is important. This is especially true given that the hotel’s location is not the most convenient and the surrounding traffic can be quite heavy.

Beyond just getting us into our room early, Miko went the extra mile to secure a restaurant reservation for us, ensuring our evening was perfectly planned. • Exquisite Dining: We enjoyed a phenomenal dinner buffet at Arts Café. The selection was curated beautifully, but the service truly elevated the meal. A special thank you to Francesco and Danielle, who looked after us with such attentiveness and charm. • A Heartfelt Farewell: Even the checkout process was memorable. Medina surprised us with a thoughtful souvenir from Raffles Jakarta—a lovely token that allowed us to take a piece of our stay home with us. The stunning Hendra Gunawan-inspired interiors are world-class, but it is the staff—Miko, Francesco, Danielle, and Medina—who make this hotel a true gem in the city. I held a company event at Raffles Jakarta, and it was a truly excellent experience. The ballroom was spacious and impressive, making it the perfect venue for an event with a large number of participants. The food was outstanding, from the snacks to the buffet, with a wide variety of delicious menu options. The staff were also exceptionally helpful, professional, and accommodating throughout the event. They were very easy to work with, especially Ikram, who provided excellent support and assistance. Overall, everything was handled smoothly and exceeded our expectations. We would be delighted to host future events at Raffles Jakarta and highly recommend it as an event venue.

Had a truly great stay at Raffles Jakarta. The hotel is very clean, elegant, and absolutely represents a true 5-star experience. The interior design is beautiful and sophisticated, creating a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere throughout the property. I also loved that the hotel is conveniently connected to the mall, which made everything much more practical during the stay. I also held a 3-day event at the hotel, and everything was handled very well from start to finish. The service was exceptional, the facilities were excellent, and the food at Arts Café was superb with a wide variety of snack options available throughout the event. One thing I especially appreciated was that they also served special beverages besides the usual coffee and tea, which was definitely a big plus point and added a more premium touch to the overall experience. Special thanks to Mbak Chelsia and Mas Reza at Arts Café for their warm hospitality and attentive service — they made our dining experience even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious stay and event venue in Jakarta.
