Celebrated my friend’s birthday at Henshin Jakarta, a Japanese Peruvian restaurant. It sounded like an unusual combination at first, but with all the good reviews, I decided to give it a try. We ordered the Salmon Tamamiso and the Henshin Platter, which included: • Nigiri: Maguro, Hamachili, Sake, and Ikura • Sashimi: Hamachi, Salmon, and Tuna • Rolls: Crispy Nori and Acevichado To my surprise, the food was excellent — fresh, well-balanced, and full of flavor. Everything complemented each other really well. The service was great, attentive without being overwhelming, and of course, the view was stunning, especially for a special occasion. Overall, a great spot for celebrations or a nice night out. Definitely worth the visit. I would consider this place again later on my next JKT visit !

Henshin is a standout dining destination in Jakarta. The view from the top is absolutely spectacular—one of the best in the city. The food was excellent, full of flavor and beautifully plated. The interior features striking glass architecture and colorful dim lighting, creating a vibrant yet sophisticated atmosphere. Service was very attentive and polished throughout. Don’t miss the rooftop bar after dinner—it’s the perfect way to end the night on a high note.

Great experience here, The cocktails were immaculate and i had the pleasure of Luky and Intan catering to my needs for the night, as the Cusco tasting meal was incredible. Paired with their incredible sake it was hard not to be missed. Their cocktails, was delightful, be sure to ask for their bar menu as they have an extended range of cocktails to try as the dining menu can be limited when it comes to cocktails. Overall was a great experience. Only comment was the sake paired with the salmon ceviche didn’t seem like a great pairing, as there were too much sour flavours, and overwhelming on the palate. Rest of the meal was incredible nonetheless with stunning views of Jakarta

Dining at Henshin was truly an unforgettable experience! 😊 Located on the 67-69th floor of The Westin Jakarta, it offers a breathtaking view of the city, especially at night. Their unique Nikkei cuisine, blending Japanese and Peruvian flavors, is a real treat for the taste buds. The friendly and professional staff made the experience even more memorable. My favorite dishes were the Henshin Rolls and Australian Angus Beef Ternderloin, absolutely delicious! The elegant and luxurious ambiance, with soft lighting, makes it perfect for a romantic dinner or special occasion. If you're looking for a high-end dining experience in Jakarta, Henshin is the way to go!

Spend first day of 2026 here and lucky to get a table near the window! Just one downside the meal time is only 1.5 hours i wish they make it 2 hours so i can enjoy dessert slowly. But the atmosphere and service are excellent!
