This hotel is good, however it does not offer what a 5 star hotel is supposed to offer. I would say this is more like a 3-star hotel. The suite I was in had dirty bathrooms, with mold in the titles of the shower. Towels were stained. They said there was a rooftop restaurant which was not operating during my stay. Breakfast was okay. Staff was fine, there was no elevator so we had to go down with our luggage through some stairs levels. The decoration of the hotel was stunning and very well maintained!
This seemed to me a very traditional hotel from times gone by which is great and I loved it. It is gloriously decorated and absolutely full of interesting objects, pictures and photographs. Everything was clean and as it should be and the meals were superb. You can watch the cooks prepare the meals through a window which is always reassuring. The selection is quite expansive and everyone loved everything. The pool is a decent size and well maintained as is the adjacent relaxing area. The staff are friendly, helpful and polite and room service is excellent. I got two bottles of lager, a massive sandwich and fries for around 12 quid which is a cracking deal. It is quite centrally located and a great place to stay whilst in town.
Attended my sister’s wedding at Shahpura House and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The property has a beautiful royal vibe that made the entire celebration feel grand and memorable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable for all our guests. The staff was incredibly courteous and always ready to help, ensuring everything ran smoothly throughout the wedding functions. The service was top-notch, and the location is perfect—easily accessible yet peaceful. From décor to hospitality, everything exceeded expectations. Highly recommend this place for weddings or any special occasion! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had a wonderful stay at Shahpura House in Jaipur. It is truly a five-star property with beautiful architecture and a very pleasant atmosphere. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained, which made it very relaxing. The fine dining restaurant offers tasty food, and the spa services were also very good. The location is perfect and convenient for exploring the city. I especially liked the reception staff—they were very polite, helpful, and professional. However, there was one issue in the restaurant. If you place an order at an odd time, they do not refuse, but the service becomes very slow. Once, we had to wait more than 45 minutes just for tea and finally left without having it. Overall, it is a great place to stay, but the restaurant service timing needs improvement.
Stayed here for two nights and was incredibly impressed by the location (close to the major attractions of the city), the amenities (beautiful hotel, complete with outdoor pool), restaurant facilities and the service from the staff. Also good value for money. Would definitely recommend.
