Fantastic dining experience. Mix of Rajasthani and N.Indian/Punjabi fare. Food was exceptional - especially loved the Junglee Maas (dry-ish masala off-bone mutton pieces with red mathaniya chillies). Paired with a kakora roti and/or seven layered paratha - phenomenal. Food was really good! Ambience was nice too. Recommend!!
We had one of the most special evenings of our lives at 1135 AD, and it exceeded every expectation. We were seated at the Jaigarh Fort View Terrace, and the setting was absolutely breathtaking. The decor is unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Royal doesn’t even come close. Every corner feels rich, immersive, and thoughtfully designed. The food was exceptional. Authentic, flavourful, and beautifully presented. Each course added to the experience and made the evening even more memorable. A heartfelt thank you to Laxman ji and Girdhari ji for their warmth, professionalism, and incredible attention to detail. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless, and truly made the evening unforgettable for us. The live musicians added such a wonderful touch. Their energy lifted the entire atmosphere and made the night feel even more special. This is not just a restaurant, it’s an experience. If you’re looking to celebrate something meaningful with someone special, this place is absolutely perfect.
Would recommend for a royal dining experience. Pros - The food is really good and the interiors have a majestic vibe with elegant decors. The staff is courteous and polite. They have live classical music which adds to the atmosphere. Cons - It's located inside the fort. The drive up to the fort can be a bit challenging if you're planning to visit at night.
Visited this hertiage restaurant during my visit to Amer Fort, Jaipur. The one thing about this restaurant i like the most is its location which is on top of the fort. Views from this place are mesmerising. I ordered Veg biryani. The taste was authentic & service was great. They also serve food in gold plated thali. Overall my experience to this place is very very good & we enjoyed a lot.
We dined at 1135 AD for a late lunch. Although we arrived a bit after lunch hours, the experience was excellent. The server did an amazing job — professional, courteous, and attentive throughout the service, which truly elevated our visit. We ordered Rajasthani Laal Maas and Paneer Angaar, paired with butter naan. The flavors were rich, authentic, and absolutely satisfying. I would rate the food and service 9/10. The only point I’m deducting is due to external factors: the road and traffic while reaching the fort, limited parking availability, heavy tourist movement while crossing the fort, and slightly slippery pathways near the restaurant area. Overall, a fantastic dining experience with exceptional food and service, and definitely worth visiting for the royal ambiance and authentic Rajasthani cuisine.
