Food was definitely good. We tried many items, all were good and had great taste except for the steak. They treated us with a small bday cake celebration. Service was extremely slow and despite booking in advance, we had to wait. Its worth going once only, nothing extraordinary though! The hotel staff at the main entrance were not welcoming either which is quite surprising to see for a name like Novotel!
Wonderful place for a date or special occasion. View is the killer! Good vibes . Calm and festive atmosphere. Service is top notch! Hard to find. There is no sign outside and there is restaurant right in the same spot but liver flour. This place is up on the rooftop, so you need to enter the hotel and go up on the elevator. 🛗 Food was great . Ox 🐂 cheeks and grilled octopus 🐙 was delicious and tasty! Not too loud music 🎶, some humming on the background makes all fit nice
What an incredible dining experience! We reserved the Chef's Counter overlooking the kitchen. The food was amazing. One can tell Chef Özkaya has spent a lot of time developing the menu. The food was flavorful, well-portioned, and visually appealing. The service timing was great. Service was not rushed, but you were not waiting long between courses either. Serving staff was very professional and frequently checked to see if everything was ok. We had asked about wines to pair well with our dishes and were served good selections. I highly recommend Mürver and hope to come back!
We visited this restaurant as guests of the hotel. It's a beautiful rooftop spot with amazing views. While I was excited to try a beef steak, I was disappointed to find it wasn't on the menu. Instead, I opted for the chicken, which was really tasty, along with a salad, wine, and dessert. However, I was let down by the dessert — a pistachio mousse that wasn’t sweet at all, which didn’t match my expectations. The breakfast - just great!
It’s surprising to see a restaurant with such good prices and such great service. Our waiter (the sommelier) asked us about every dish and made the right recommendations. And it wasn’t only for us — I watched the other tables too, and he was taking care of everyone really well. Everything we ordered came out beautifully plated, perfectly clean and professional. With such a beautiful view, this place truly deserves five stars. I will most likely come back. You can really see how much work the whole team has put into this restaurant. Even if it’s not exactly my favorite type of food, the effort, the service, and the quality were impressive. Truly surprising in the best way.
