Nice little jazz club in the middle of tourist central. I like the general vibe. I came to check out a pianist, but he didn't show, so I bought a ticket (600tyl) to experience the place. The musicians were of various skill levels and I loved the amateur lady singer. As the evening progressed, I felt as though I was at someone else's family reunion. People were friendly to their friends, but when I talked to them, they were a bit cold and even laughing some at me (it seemed) after I said I knew a song w no accompaniment. I have sung all over the world, so no biggie - hahaha. Since ai love live music, I didn't care much. One of the pianists was TOTALLY worth the entry price for sure! Not sure if I will return, but from a classical musician's point of view, this is an OK place to hang and listen - just don't expect anyone to be friendly to you. MUSIC +. STAFF +\-. VIBE + (if you don't try to mingle.) If you want live music in Taksim area, this is an OK option. #travellikeandy

A cozy and atmospheric spot for jazz lovers. The performance started at 10 PM—a bit late for my taste, though that seems to be common in Istanbul. The show was enjoyable and well worth the 600 TL ticket price. Beer was reasonably priced too, which is a refreshing change from other venues that hike up drink prices during live performances.

This is the pearl of Istanbul: we found ourselves at a jam session with amazing musicians, and it was the most incredible experience. No palaces or landmarks can compare to the amazing energy of these people, all playing together on the same wavelength, simply because they love playing, and the music is stunningly beautiful. Jazz with an Eastern leitmotif and maximum vitality. The place is completely uncommercial (admission is inexpensive, drinks are optional, everything is excellent). You have to see, hear, and experience it for yourself. Everyone is friendly and polite.

Unique place for jazz lovers. Every night there is a live jazz music upstairs. You can buy ticket at the entrance. It is highly recommended

If I had to mention one flaw, it would be that the performance didn’t start exactly on time. But honestly, it was so enjoyable and professional that we absolutely loved it. Witnessing this level of talent and artistry was truly amazing! If I go back, I would gladly pay the 600 lira again it was absolutely worth it. One more thing: a student is always a student it’s not really fair or appealing to offer a student discount with an age limitation.
