Beautiful venue and full of great vibes. You will have fun here that is certain
I've been here to see Emancipator, and it was such a great night! I’ve been waiting for this band to come to Istanbul for ages, and the venue made it even better. The atmosphere was amazing, the sound quality was spot on, and the ticket prices were really reasonable for the experience. If you’re planning a visit, here are a few tips: Parking: There’s limited parking around the Bomontiada area, so I’d recommend using public transport if you can. The Şişli metro station is nearby, and it’s just a short walk from there. Arrive Early: If you’re early, there’s plenty to do in Bomontiada itself. It’s a vibrant spot with restaurants, bars, and art spaces, so you can grab a bite or a drink before the show. The vibe is really cool, and it adds to the overall experience. Commuting: If you’re coming from further out, taxis and rideshare options are also convenient. Just leave a bit of extra time for traffic – it’s Istanbul, after all! This venue is one of those venues that makes live music feel special. Whether you’re there for a big-name act or a smaller band, it’s a fantastic place to enjoy a great night out. Better with friends. Highly recommend it!
A babylon of drink, dance and meeting people in Istanbul! For me more than a five star place in the town. When u enter you suddenly realize that this is a lovely spot for international people and tourists so you can meet them or a group of friends having a nice dance and drink reunion! Different choices of food and drink provided by well differentiated restaurant corners. I wonder to come here frequently anytime I visit Istanbul! Enjoy the vibe! What a vibe!
The location of the venue is amazing, several cafes and restaurant around it, the inner yard is very cozy, so one can hop on and off and have a diversity of offers. The acoustics inside Babylon were great; however, the music was rather banal pop rock, amateur level, surprising they want you to buy tickets for that. The wine was very bad: I tried both Pinot Grigio and Savingon Blanc, both were too bitter and sour. One glass (150 ml) was 400 TL, expensive for the bad quality. Unless one is sure that the band playing is good, there is no other reason to come
It is a good and beautiful place where music festivals are held. The space is a little small. But the air conditioning is good. They keep the jacket at a cost of twenty liras so that we can be comfortable during the ceremony.
