King Prawn Wonton Noodle (HKD 40) came with a generous portion of noodles and three large, flavourful wontons. The wontons were packed with prawns and a touch of meatiness, wrapped in smooth, slippery skin — each one so big it couldn’t be eaten in a single bite. The noodles were average in springiness but filling, while the soup was sweet‑savoury, rich in umami, and comforting. Adding chilli oil gave a fiery kick, making the meal sweat‑inducing yet delicious.

This wonton noodle shop is clearly very popular. When I arrived around 4pm, well outside the usual dining hours, and there was still a long queue. The good thing is that the line moves quickly, so the wait wasn’t too bad. The menu is very small and focused. Once seated and ordered, the food came out almost instantly. The wonton noodle soup tasted pretty average, similar to many other wonton noodle places in Hong Kong. It’s good enough if you’re curious to try this well-known spot, but if you’re simply looking for a bowl of wonton noodles, you could easily skip the line and find something similar nearby. Service is very straightforward. The staff take your order quickly and bring the food out fast, but there isn’t really any extra service. They expect you to know what you want as soon as you sit down and will prompt you to order right away. The restaurant itself is very small and extremely busy, so there isn’t much room to move around. It’s very much a “sit, eat, and go” kind of place. Overall, a classic busy Hong Kong noodle shop experience with reasonable prices and very efficient turnover.

Very fast serving time. You will be seated sharing table with other customers. They do not accept credit cards, only cash or Octopus card. Wait staff are not rude, but also not friendly hehe. Affordable food.

Michelin HKG noodle shop. Kept the traditional HKG noodles with awesome toppings. It's near to the party street Lan Kwai Fong (5min walks), great place for meal before party. Must try: the 3 topping noodle: meat ball + wantan + sliced beef.

The line moves quickly but don't be surprised if you get seated at a table or booth with complete strangers. I had the two option soup, with beef and wontons. The beef was super tender and the wontons were really tasty! Tbh the soup itself was a bit plain. Still worth the experience of going there. Cash only. If you try to pay with card the cashier aunty will yell at you!
