We had a corner room on the 23rd floor, and it was super quiet and relaxing. Bed was comfortable, shower was very powerful, and the room as a whole was lovely and clean. All staff we engaged with were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Good location - 1 minute walk from tram stop, around 8-10 minutes walk from metro station. Can’t comment on food as we didn’t have breakfast nor eat in the restaurant. Would definitely recommend and return to this hotel if ever in Hong Kong again.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and had a very enjoyable stay overall. The hotel is beautifully designed with great attention to detail, and the service throughout our stay was consistently excellent, friendly, and professional. Our room was very well equipped, very clean, and featured a comfortable bed. We also appreciated the well-equipped fitness studio located on the 3rd floor. The location is excellent, with many restaurants, cafés, and bars within easy walking distance, making it very convenient to explore the area. The quality of the food served in the lobby was good, but the presentation and pricing did not feel justified. Conclusion: A beautiful hotel with a high level of comfort, outstanding service, and a great location. Despite this minor drawback, we would highly recommend this hotel.

We were able to stay at The Hari for 5 nights earlier this January, and really enjoyed our stay. We found the service friendly and professional - particular call outs are the team at breakfast at Luciano's, the dinner staff at Zoku one night, and the housekeeping staff. The rooms are a generous size for a modern HK hotel - though I will say that the toilet cubicle is on the small side. We liked the glass separator doors that separate the bedroom and the bathroom, and speaking of the bathroom, the Hari's rooms have probably the best shower in any hotel we've ever stayed in. The bed is comfortable, the sheets are in great condition, clean and crisp, and the towels are generous in size. There are separate A/C zones for the bedroom and the bathroom/entry area, and the rooms are well lit. And the rooms are *quiet*. Our kids were in the next room, and do like to play their music. We could not hear their music at all. Our rooms were also right near the lift lobby, and the room doors are very thick and solid, so I did not notice any noise from people going to or from their rooms on our floor. The hotel's location is excellent. Short walks to the harbour-front, a block away from Hennessy Rd. Central and Causeway Bay are also short walks away. We will definitely come back to The Hari on our next visit to Hong Kong.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room itself was really modern, big bed and super clean, with a good view. Note that the basic room is quite small - little room to open suitcases but I understand that’s the case across a lot of Hong Kong rooms. Our least favourite part about the hotel was that it felt very detached from staff unlike other hotels - eg the reception is upstairs rather than when you enter the building and it was a very quick in and out admin process rather than asking how we were, explaining to us where things are in the hotel, how we could get breakfast etc. Apart from the check in, we never really had any staff interaction, which I often enjoy when staying somewhere. Regardless, a nice stay and the hotel was very well located for a first trip to HK.

We had a great stay at The Hari Hong Kong. Service was excellent throughout — friendly, attentive, and very professional. The hotel has a really nice vibe as well, modern and stylish without feeling overdone. Rooms were well designed and comfortable, and overall it felt like very good value for the price point. Location is also a strong plus — convenient for getting around and close to plenty of dining and shopping options. Would definitely stay again.
