Stay was okay. The staff were prompt and friendly. It is conveniently located. The room wasn’t spotless but it was comfortable. Our only issue was that my wife decided to purchase a post card. It seemed like they were guessing prices and it wasn’t until she pulled out two $20 HK bills that the gentleman at the front desk said “this should cover postage”. We wouldn’t have thought much about it but considering we bought post cards at Hong Kong Disneyland that included postage for less than $40 HK dollars. Postage prices for post cards are pretty stable all over the world so I don’t know the employee’s reasoning for up charging.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the metro. The interior is incredibly fancy—beautifully designed with a unique, stylish aesthetic that feels both upscale and cozy. Most importantly, I had a very comfortable stay. No gym no laundromat within the building

This hotel is truly charming and beautifully designed, in an excellent location. The rooms are gorgeous, well-maintained, pleasantly scented, and feature a very modern architecture. It definitely lives up to all the great reviews here on Google. I’d like to give special thanks to the receptionist Ms. Yoqu for her tremendous help when we got out of a taxi — she was extremely kind and genuinely concerned about our safety. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hong Kong.

Loved every bit of the hotel- from the interior design, cleanliness and excellent service from the hotel staff. Was informed by counter staff about the upcoming typhoon, and was advised to purchase any food and necessities upon check-in! That information was necessary for our safety and we truly appreciated it. The cleaning lady we encountered was so nice too. A modern, beautiful (lovely green and gold theme with wooden floors!) and clean room that was beyond our expectations. A notch above other hotels.

We had an exceptional stay at The Fleming Hong Kong, a beautifully designed four-star boutique hotel in Wan Chai, Hong Kong. The location is excellent, centrally situated in Wan Chai with easy access to public transportation, dining, and key areas of the city. We were celebrating a birthday, and the hospitality was felt from the moment we walked in. Every interaction throughout the stay was warm, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming, making the experience feel personal at every turn. The hotel’s maritime-inspired design is seamlessly woven throughout the property, from the lobby to the rooms and restaurant. Every detail pays homage to Hong Kong’s harbor history while maintaining a refined, modern aesthetic. Our room was quiet, comfortable, and impeccably designed, and we were pleasantly surprised to find balloons waiting in the room, which made the birthday stay feel incredibly special and memorable. It truly elevated the entire experience. The restaurant at The Fleming was another highlight. Breakfast was excellent, featuring fresh espresso, the best dragon fruit I’ve ever had, and a wide selection of egg dishes and meats. Everything was fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and enjoyable. Overall, The Fleming delivers a refined four-star boutique hotel experience in Hong Kong with exceptional hospitality, beautiful design, and thoughtful touches that make you feel truly cared for.
