Booked a room to stay with my SP in May 2026. The room is spacious, modern and stylish. The bed was firm, which was excellent. The harbour view was amazing, and how nice was it to enjoy the view while having an intimate moment with your other half! Turn down service was excellent! Staff even changed the bed sheets for our second round after dinner. Overall, excellent stay!

Absolutely amazing hotel, the service, the room, the view and the experience was incredible. There’re beautiful art pieces littered around the hotel making it feel like living in a gallery. Personally, I really enjoyed the space of our room and how incredible the bathroom was. Could spend an hour in there. Also really like waking up to an amazing city view. Bed was super comfortable as well. To top it off, it’s next to the mall and the way to the train station is sheltered. Very convenient.

My wife and I stayed at the Rosewood for a 4 night stay in late April 2026. Unfortunately the first room provided to us had an odour which my wife could not tolerate... and the airconditioning in that room was very loud. But it was a stunning room, beautifully appointed and a great view. Thankfully we contacted the Rosewood Team and Louisa from Manaement immediately took us to a much bigger and better room as it was a busy weekend and all equal rooms were booked out. This room was a corner suite and the views were absolutely spectacular. Again the room was gorgeous...all the refined details.expected and great on accessories and storage etc. All hi tech electric blinds etc...the rooms were fully carpeted. The location on the Kowloon side is perfect with many attractions including access to the Harbour, museums and large shopping centres a short walk away. We even attended a catholic mass a short walk away. The building itself is an architectural icon especially when viewed from the Hong Kong Island side. Service and staff were first class, just had a small language barrier issue on one occasion but all was good and they were all friendly... Resturamts were very good but you can not stay without going to the patisserie shop...quite possibly the best cakes I've had....so good Very special thankyou to Louisa from Management

We chose this hotel because it had been named the best hotel in the world in 2025. The view over Hong Kong was indeed spectacular, and the service was generally fine. However, to be honest, it was certainly not the best hotel experience we have ever had. The breakfast was very disappointing: limited choice, little refinement, and unfortunately not particularly tasty. There was also a very unpleasant situation during the night in the room next to ours. A drunk man was shouting, and it seemed that there was violence against his wife. The woman ran out of the room crying and screaming. I asked her whether she needed help and immediately called reception. The hotel staff responded quickly, but after they left, the guests continued arguing very loudly. This was not only disturbing, but also frightening. Our arrival was not smooth either. We arrived at night, but the bed for our child had not been prepared, so we had to wait again. For a hotel of this level, we expected much more. Due to its scale and mass-market feel, the hotel seems to have lost some of its soul and personal approach. The view is impressive, but the overall experience did not feel like that of the best hotel in the world.

Our 6-night stay at Rosewood Hong Kong in a Peak View Suite was nothing short of exceptional — easily one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We were traveling with our one year-old son, and from the moment we arrived, the entire team went above and beyond to make our stay seamless, comfortable, and genuinely special for our family. Traveling with a baby can be challenging, but the staff anticipated every need with warmth, patience, and incredible attention to detail. Access to Manor Club was a huge part of what made this stay so memorable. The atmosphere, service, and hospitality there were outstanding throughout our trip. Quality of food is outstanding. Every single team member made us feel welcomed every day. A very special thank you to Louisa, Jerry, Keith, and Sandy, who were all absolutely amazing. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out. Louisa in particular went far beyond anything we could have expected — she actually traveled with us through Hong Kong to help us purchase a specific stroller last minute for our son. That level of care and dedication is something we will never forget. This hotel delivers true luxury, but what makes it extraordinary is the people. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made us feel at home throughout our stay. We will happily return to Rosewood Hong Kong and cannot recommend it highly enough to families and travelers looking for an unforgettable experience.
