Stopped in at first morning opening to kill a couple of hours between my hotel checkout and taking the MRT to the airport. It’s a dimly lit looking place at first but has some character. Once the bar staff arrived and a few patrons filed in, the room had a nice vibe which was complimented by the fine selection of jazz music playing. I didn’t eat but the simple table menu looked like standard pub fare and beer snacks. Bar staff were nice and always attentive working the floor. Would definitely come back on a future vidit to catch some live music in the evenings

The famous jazz bar has a live show of Jazz every night, and it has been 3 years since I came here. It's still that familiar scene, and the atmosphere is quite good. The boss is really getting stronger in his old age, still continuing to participate in the performance with energy and strength. During the show, it is recommended to stay until the end of that performance before leaving. Their performance is very well connected to the audience. It's not just playing, please show respect and enjoy the jazz slowly.

This place was awesome. The band was terrific, and the vibe was welcoming and fun. We had a great time listening to the music and enjoying the crowd, and even ended up meeting some new people from Lithuania who were sitting near us. That made the night even more memorable. This spot is worth the hype. The drink pours are on the light side and the selection is not extensive, but the quality of the music and the overall atmosphere more than make up for it.

Cool spot in terms of decor and atmosphere. Staff rushed me out of the venue the moment my food arrived insisting I pay. I understand that it's a busy night, and I'm single individual - flipping tables on a Friday night - but it felt rude. Food was underwhelming for the price. I had the steak sandwich. Steak was over cooked and the composition lacked flavour. Atmosphere was cool, and the decor was kitsch Australian - which was fun to me.

Go here for some jazz or blues live music. Drinks are overpriced though, expect to pay around 10euro for a drink. Cocktails are cheap, for that money they could at least pour them properly. Music can be good though.
