We enjoyed our Saturday night here. Appetizer was good, not outstanding but met the expectation. Same as onion soup and lobster bisque. For main, we tried Australian M5 and South African M9, recommend the former one. For dessert, my preference: cheesecake->brownie->Pavlova. Incredible service and nice experience!
Enjoyed the onion bread and the steak! Mashed potatoes were also super creamy. Onion soup was a little too salty for my taste. Apple crumble was also too sweet but the ice cream was great. Definitely a great date night spot. Service was attentive and kind
As someone who loves exploring steakhouses, this one absolutely stands out. Yes, the price is on the higher end — but every bite justified it. The quality of the meat was exceptional, the service was polished and attentive, and the atmosphere felt exactly what you'd expect from a Grand Hyatt. Classic, elegant, and refined. If you're a steak lover visiting Hong Kong, this is a must. One of the best I've had! Highly recommend.
My husband and I came here to celebrate his promotion and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The entrance is outside on the right side just before entering the hotel’s main lobby. I made reservations and emailed to pre-order a cheesecake, and requested seating overlooking the lobby. Everything was smooth and details were even confirmed via WhatsApp the day before. The lobster bisque was split into two portions which was perfect and just enough to share. It wasn’t the typical creamy lobster bisque I’m used to from the states but it was surprisingly good. The broth was rich and flavorful with generous chunks of lobster. The complimentary bread and butter were also excellent. My husband really enjoyed his ribeye and said it was the best he’s had since moving to HK. The mac and cheese was very good and the broccolini was cooked just right. I enjoyed my cod as well though it would have been nice to see another fish option on the menu. Desserts were delicious and the service was attentive throughout the evening. We genuinely felt taken care of the entire night. A photo was taken of us and printed out which was such a thoughtful touch and made the celebration feel extra special. We left feeling genuinely satisfied and felt the entire experience was truly worth it. I highly recommend this place and we’re already looking forward to coming back.
Love everything there! Fine cuts, exceptional crab cake. Apple crumble was a surprise! I mean the size! The taste was phenomenal, even though it was too big for 2 people, we could stop eating!!!
