The hotel is on the best location for Central District and easy walking to everywhere. Excellent services from all the staff. One of the best breakfast buffet I ever had. The only glitch was that you must make a reservation for afternoon teas for the following day. I had lunch at Lung King Heen, it was wonderful. If I come back to Hong Kong this will be the only hotel I will go to. It is next to the IFC shopping complex with many Michelin recommended restaurants.
Great location for Central, the pool has spectacular views, extensive choices for restaurants and bars, attached to the IFC if you want to do any shopping. The service was good but the rooms could use a tiny bit of an upgrade (in the context of others Four Seasons). It is beautiful and luxurious nonetheless!
I just want to shout out Maggie in the spa. I had her twice as my masseuse and she was incredible. I am considering flying across an ocean just to see her! The hotel itself is pretty standard for Four Seasons. Beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious, elevators were fast and water pressure was great. Facilities like the spa, gym, and pool were well maintained and very inviting. Location above HK station and its proximity to Central station made it very convenient to walk to most places and take public transport. Service was great, everyone was kind and helpful, and we even got a special treat in our room for my husband’s birthday. My only real complaint, and it’s more of a preference, is the music that plays in the steam room and sauna could be more spa like and less soft 80’s pop.

Dear Four Seasons: This is the BEST HOTEL in my life. Linda, the head concierge, is the most kind, beautiful by the way, helpful, intelligent Concierge you can find. Just OUTSTANDING is Linda. Dennis, in the Executive Club, as Manager, is the most kind, pleasant, warm, and helpful person. A Genuine GEM! Marcus in The Executive is a wonderfully kind person, along with Christina, and Christine, and Alisa? ( I think I have the name wrong). This is the most polite team I have EVER encountered. Everyone is so happy, accommodating, helpful, look you in the eye wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!! AMAZING PLACE!!!!!!!!!!! Even Marcus in the fitness area is fabulous!!!!!!1
