Caprice feels confident and calm in a way that doesn’t try to impress you — it just does things right. The food is clean, precise, and well balanced, without being heavy or overcomplicated. Nothing felt forced or overly theatrical, which I really appreciated. What stood out the most for me was the service. It was genuinely warm, attentive, and natural — not stiff, not scripted. The pacing of the meal felt comfortable, allowing you to enjoy everything without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. The atmosphere is elegant but relaxed, making it easy to settle in and actually enjoy the experience. Overall, it’s a restaurant that lets quality speak quietly for itself, and that’s what made it memorable for me.
Extremely disappointing experience at Caprice. For a restaurant of this caliber, the lack of attention to detail was unacceptable. Sloppy Service: The waiter carelessly poured the sauce outside the center of the dish (see photo), ruining the presentation. Inconsistent Kitchen: We ordered two of the same caviar dishes, but they were prepared differently. One had the cream base, while the other was missing it entirely (see the other 2 photos). At these prices, you expect precision. Unfortunately, the execution was lazy and inconsistent. Not recommended. A typical Chinese Hong Kong restaurant.
Had the pleasure of visiting this legendary restaurant at 4 seasons Hong Hong by Guiilame Galliot - been there a few times and honestly not sure what to expect but this lunch was tremendous just screaming perfection - Every detail from bread to petit four was just top of the top . The sauces accompanying every course was just sublime again and again and again and again and again . Was a true pleasure of being stuffed with such delicious perfection Thanks to the team of Caprice you guys are amazing - cannot wait to come back again
Went to Caprice for dinner after hearing about it from work colleagues, and it definitely lived up to the hype. What I liked most was that despite being a Michelin-starred restaurant, it didn't feel overly formal or intimidating. The staff are professional but also very natural and down to earth. One of the servers spent a few minutes helping us choose a wine and ended up recommending something I probably wouldn't have ordered myself The food was excellent across the board, although the bread was honestly one of the highlights for me. Sounds weird to say when you're eating at a place like Caprice, but it was that good Will definitely go again soon 10/10
It was an absolute delight to have dinner at Caprice restaurant in Hong Kong. Special thanks to the service team for promptly addressing all our inquiries and to the chef for customizing the menu to accommodate our dietary needs. We reserved a spot for the “signature menu” and came away completely pleased not just with the dishes outlined in the menu but also delighted by the extra desserts and treats. While we did experience a lengthy wait for the main course, the staff compensated for it with ongoing updates and complimentary desserts. I rated the atmosphere a 4, as having more classical music would enhance the evening's vibe. Everything else was absolutely perfect.
