I’ve visited this place by a friend recommendation during April. It was our first meal when we arrived to Hong Kong. We are a group of four friends we’re looking forward to this dinner. Quality of meat is fantastic and all the side dishes were very delicious. The restaurant is very classic and staff were friendly and lovely to service us. However, we asked for a recommendation of good wine with our comfortable budget, one of the staff who they said that he is an expert of wine came to our table with the whole wine menu. And he kept recommending everything that is NOT our requirements, regarding the taste, the price. And he gave us 10 lists instead of easy top 3 to pick for example. That was not very helpful and consume a lot of our time during dinner. Regarding professionalism, I believe this part can be improved.

The staff are warm, friendly, and highly professional. The cocktails were the highlight for me—each one unique, layered, and absolutely memorable. • C A N E L A ($148): Fell in love at first sip! The salted cream foam topped with cinnamon dust is incredibly smooth and creamy. Beneath it, the Havana 7 Rum base infused with oolong & osmanthus tea, lemon, and spices delivers rich, complex flavours with perfect balance. • A G U A C E R O ($168): Hits you with apple wood smoke essence the moment it arrives. This bold mix of smoke, coffee, vanilla, and tobacco notes creates a dynamic and captivating taste experience. Absolutely fantastic dinner! The best steak I've had in Hong Kong. The staff was incredibly accommodating many thanks to Sumni and Sergio. The beef empanadas was a delight, and the dessert were impressive( must try the marshmallow). Highly recommend for anyone looking for good place for steaks, cocktails and great service 😊
We went there last night. For starters, we had the shrimp cocktail and the cauliflower soup. Both were excellent. The shrimps were large, fresh and well presented and the soup was surprisingly good. Mains were the ribeye and the tenderloin, the meat was flavourful and both were cooked exactly as ordered. The onion rings, carrots and mac&cheese were bursting with taste and well cooked. We had the Malvaviscos for an after dinner treat. It’s basically a large marshmallow, with coffee ice cream inside and it comes on a platter with a small charcoal burner so you can toast your marshmallow! The atmosphere is great with a lot of happy, animated diners and the staff were extremely friendly and well trained. It was a full house but there were no delays or errors in the service. Overall, an excellent evening. One suggestion: There are more vegetarians around, so a veggie main would be helpful. A simple dish could be a risotto with some of the veggie sides included. Not disruptive to your kitchen.
Oysters were not fresh, and the steak did not taste as good as many other reviewers described. The restaurant was actually serving only a few tables, yet the service was still poor. We came specially for the Black Series offer, but this turned out to be the worst dining experience we have had, and was trapped in their system while booking tables!
