Our family had an absolutely brilliant stay at The Oriental Jade Hotel, and I can honestly say it was one of the finest hotel experiences we have ever had. Ultimately, what elevates this hotel from great to truly extraordinary is the staff. They are hands-down the most helpful, kind, and attentive team I have ever come across. From the moment we arrived, they couldn’t do enough for us, anticipating our every need with genuine warmth. My wife and children all absolutely loved the hotel. As a family, we were incredibly impressed by: The Flawless Standards: The entire property is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Top-Tier Facilities: The spa was a fantastic, relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. The Rooftop Pool: A spectacular highlight! Relaxing in the pool while overlooking the vibrant Old Quarter offers truly unforgettable views. The Perfect Location: It is within easy walking distance to almost everything, making exploring Hanoi incredibly convenient. While the amenities and location are superb, it is the remarkable, caring staff who made our time in Hanoi so special. They turned a great holiday into an unforgettable one. We will absolutely be back! Highly, highly recommended.

My husband and I stayed the The Oriental Jade Hotel while on a 2-week tour of Laos, Vietnam, and Cambodia, and of all the places we stayed, the service here stands out as the absolute best. We had a minor issue and left a comment on a requested feedback card, and the staff went above and beyond to correct it. Their attention to detail and to ensuring our happiness was nothing short of stellar, and our overall experience was truly memorable and fun. We enjoyed sunset cocktails on the rooftop with a spectacular view of Hoan Kiem Lake, and the breakfast was amazing (!!!). Our room was beautiful, and the hotel had a clean aesthetic and premium feel. We will absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Ha Noi, and want to thank the staff and specifically Brian Do, the General Manager, for the incredible service!

We had a wonderful 1-night stay at The Oriental Jade Hotel. The staff are very kind and attentive. The rooms were the cleanest we’ve seen in Vietnam, and the bathroom was well maintained. The AC worked very well and the best part was that the room was already pre-cooled when we arrived. They allowed for early-check-in and upgraded our room as soon as we arrived. There is a fresh, clean, smell throughout the hotel which made our stay even more comfortable. The rooftop pool was also a highlight. Would definitely book again!

We had a fantastic stay at The Oriental Jade. The hotel is spotlessly clean, incredibly well maintained with well appointed smart, comfortable rooms in a great location. The pool and rooftop bar was very welcome after hot days exploring the Hanoi. We had one minor issued that we raised that was immediately resolved. On check out, while waiting for our taxi, the manager took the time to come over to us to thank us for our stay and gave us a small gift but very thoughtful gift as an apology for the issue. This was not at all necessary but incredibly well received. I've no problem encountering problems at hotels - it's often unavoidable - the way the issue is dealt with is what's important and it was faultless here. I'd have no hesitation staying at The Oriental Jade on a future visit.

We had a wonderful stay at the Oriental Jade Hotel in Hanoi. The location is perfect, just moments from Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The rooms were beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The rooftop pool and bar offered stunning views of the city. An excellent hotel that combines luxury, service, and great value – highly recommended
