Reviews from Google
Good views of Hanoi from the rooftop. Could not find any restaurants or bars at the top however as claimed by other reviews. Was also disappointed by the lack of overall 'creativity' throughout the building and area. Saw a dead rat on the first floor as well.
I think I miss timed my visit, I could find anything apart from office spaces. But interesting decor.
There are graffiti drawn on wall, plant decoration, creative light angles and obstacles. Good for photography, not fun for games and plays.
The whole entertaining area is under construction now and not much to see except for some beer bars, and the creative lab
There is a design house in this building on the third floor and a printshop on the third floor so that if you needed any flyers or posters or business cards you could get them not only design but also printed this location. If you have your own design then you can bring it to them and they will print it which is very convenient. However if you can model your way through their web interface you can actually submit your order online and then pick it up the next day or the next next day also very convenient. Although the staff did not speak English they were kind and pleasant and did their best to communicate with me we mostly used Google Translate it wasn't terribly convenient but it did work in the end I got business cards that were to my design specifications and look as good as I expected them to. Nice place nice people and they said that they would be able to print on canvas in the near future which is something that I very much look forward to seeing and hopefully utilizing.
