A stand out meal during our stay in Hanoi! The flavours are more delicate and subtle compared to western cuisine. We had the Spring lunch tasting menu with non-alcoholic drink pairing - a few food items had to be substituted because they were no longer in season which we appreciated. Each dish was well thought out and elevated the traditional Asian dishes that we are familiar with. We scraped the bottom of the plates for every dish. The pace of the tasting menu was good, we didn’t wait too long between courses. Servers spoke English and were polite. The decor was appropriate, but I wish the song choices were different. I enjoy western pop songs but it didn’t feel right for this setting. The bathroom was a bit dated looking and they only had tissue to dry your hands with. Overall it was a very enjoyable dining experience and worth booking if you want to try fine dining Vietnamese cuisine. Food/Service: 9.2 Value: 8.5

Our entire dinner experience was incredible. The food was wonderful - such umami flavors with the finest ingredients. The service was excellent, everyone was attentive without being intrusive. Getting to meet the talented chef was a highlight of the meal. Thank you Gia for ending our Hanoi vacation on such a high note!

This place was absolutely amazing. Interior, music playlist. 🔥 The concept was brilliant, service was immaculate. The FOOD - oml, took me back to my Vietnamese childhood. My first time having a Michelin star restaurant experience ✨✨✨ we also had wine pairings with our course and it was lovely! Definitely got tipsy, the desserts blew me away! And by the end of the course we also got to meet the sous chef & head chef during the night and say hello in the kitchen. Unforgettable, thank you for having us, I look forward to coming back 🙂‍↕️💖

They have a story for each course that's connected to the culture and food of Vietnam. Bites look small but they are all very filling. The mushroom dish, fish with tomato sauce, and the pork chop with sticky rice were my favorite mains. The desserts were SO GOOD. The tomato / strawberry with shaved ice and cream on the bottom was just so harmonious. The egg apricot coconut dessert was my FAV!! Love the idea of it that it symbolizes new beginnings. The service is the best I've ever experienced. They even give you a tour of the kitchen and the chef gives you 2 small drinks. You also receive a gift at the end. The servers were so kind and you can tell they studied and practiced alot to tell the story of each dish. Note: You need to reserve in advance.
